Because Acwell did not answer, Catrina sent him a message. She is hoping that Acwell will forgive her and come back to her.
"Acwell, I am very sorry. I was really just stressed that day because Amara was sick. But didn't I tried to be the woman you wanted me for almost a month? We did not argue, and we were happy."
Now that Amara is not around, he blasted at Catrina.
"Stressed that day? I understand, but you still did not have the right to send a message like that to my wife. You just accused and threatened her."
"Wife? Where is she? She left you, Acwell. Wake up! She is probably enjoying herself with someone else right now. Why are you still chasing someone who no longer wants you."
"Don't talk like that about my wife! She left because of your stupid message! You made our problems worst! That is what you have been doing - making problems in my life!"
"Oh, don't talk about problems! You have left me alone with a daughter. I have to struggle just to make sure she would have a good life."
"And I tried to help. I really tried, Catrina. But if helping you would be just destroying my family, then forget about it. For as long as I did try, I know one day Amara would understand it."
"You can't be that serious! You can't talk like that with Amara. How could a father abandons his daughter not once but several times!"
"Blame yourself! You did that! I really regret knowing you in my life!"
"How dare you, Acwell! It was you who destroyed my life! I have a lot of plans for my life, but because of you, I have to give it up."
"I did not ask you to do that, so stop blaming me for that. You wanted to sleep with me, and I was drunk. If I had not drink that night, I would never touch you. And I regretted it a lot. I wish I never did."
"Damn you, Acwell!"
Acwell stopped responding. He had enough. He doesn't want to talk to Catrina anymore and just continues drinking.
He did not go to work the next day. Acwell made an excuse that he was not feeling well. But in some sense, it was true. He was not himself today, and he will not be able to focus at work.
Acwell tried calling Kamiah again. But he still can't reach her. He checked her social media, but it had been 10 hours before since she had been online. He looked for Camila, and thankfully she was online.
He immediately sends her a message hoping that she will answer this time. And she did.
"Is it right to be away from her again?" he asked himself.
But he realized Catrina and him will always argue no matter what. To be away from her would be best for all of them. He just hoped that when Amara grew older, she would understand him.
Acwell checked again if Kamiah was online, but she was not. He thought of telling her that he would be going to LA, but she might leave LA and go somewhere else.
An idea came to Acwell's mind when he reread Kamiah's message. She said she would only reply when it's about divorce. So, he sent her a message on Facebook messenger.
"Kamiah, I am ready for the divorce. Can you please tell me your address so I can send you the documents?"
He hoped that Kamiah would respond to know where to find her in LA with that message. Acwell waited the whole day to see if Kamiah would respond. But she did not; she did not even read the message.
"Come on, Kamiah! Let me know where you are, please," he said while checking Facebook messenger.
Acwell drank a few glasses that night but just enough to make him sleep. He prayed to hear good news the next day. But knowing Kamiah is in LA is more than enough for him to be grateful. At least, he knows where he has to look for her.
