I was confused but decided to brush it off and went to the business office to cancel the number. After taking care of that, I headed to a nearby mall to buy some baby products for the child.

As I was leaving the mall, a woman suddenly rushed over and slapped me hard across the face, knocking me sideways!

Dazed, I looked up at her, struggling to recall who she was. She glared at me with venomous intensity, her blood-red lips twisted in disdain.

“Bitch, how dare you go out shopping! Living it up as a mistress, are we?”

Stunned, I noticed a group of angry women closing in on me, surrounding me entirely.

“Lousy mistress, sneaking around in daylight?”

“You have the audacity to be a mistress but not the courage to admit it? Calling yourself a wife? What lies!”

They began to punch and scratch at me, their sharp nails tearing at my skin. I shielded my stomach and desperately tried to evade their attacks, crying out in pain.

“What are you doing? Get away from me or I’ll call the police!”

The leading woman scoffed, pulling out her phone and starting a live stream.

“Who am I? You used my man’s money, seduced him, and now you’re trying to get pregnant? Don’t know who I am? I’m Lucy, Jack’s girlfriend and secretary!”

So, she’s the secretary Jack had flaunted online to provoke me. No wonder her face looked familiar.

I tried to speak, to tell her I was Jack’s wife, but the situation was spiraling out of control.

Before I could say a word, Lucy grabbed me by the hair and yanked me brutally. The contents of my bag tumbled to the ground.

Seeing the baby items scattered, Lucy went into a frenzy, kicking my purchases away and tearing at the baby clothes I had chosen.

“Bitch! Let everyone see! This woman seduced my man and thought she could secure her place by having his baby!”

“Do you really think Jack will marry you just because you’re having his child?”

“Is your belly so big that you think you’re hiding from me? Seducing my man right under my nose? Not a chance!”

“Seriously, she’s claiming to be Jack’s wife? And who am I, then?”

“I’ve been working with him for ages. If he had a wife, I’d know!”

“You’re just dreaming if you think my husband will be your sugar daddy!”

Lucy was livid, yanking my hair and dragging me around. I could only shield my stomach and plead with bystanders for help.

Her rowdy friends, however, wouldn’t let up. They aimed their phones at me, shouting, “Everyone, look! This so-called mistress is trying to seduce someone else’s man and get pregnant to secure her position!”

“Think you can bully my friend? She’s the one who got Jack, not you. How dare you?”

“Come on, everyone, hit ‘like’ and make this mistress famous! Once she’s in the top ten, we’ll go live and make sure she pays the price!”

Their taunts drew a crowd, all staring and pointing at me.

Despite my desperate explanations, no one believed I wasn’t a mistress.
