"Light there you are. So how was the feeding thing, was it okay?" Mary came running over to me with worry.
"Yup, it was okay, I think I made new friends. So what do we need to do now? One thing though, I'm hungry." I was rubbing my stomach, while saying it.
Mary laughed then said, "Well actually we're done here so, we can go home now. Maybe we can stop at a drive-thru on the way home." She asked.
I gave her nod, and we went to get into a van that I didn't know she had but, now I know. We stopped at Wendy's and got two cheeseburgers, French fries, and two medium drinks.
When we arrived at home, I helped Mary get a few things from her van, then she carried our food, and drinks.
After I set the stuff in the living room, I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a plate and put my cheeseburger, fries and put ketchup on the side.
While I was eating, I asked, "Mary, can I work at the Zoo? I will work hard, and do anything you say." I said with a begging look.
She gave me a chuckle then said, "Of course you can work there. It would be nice to have some new helpers around."
I jumped out to my seat, and ran over to Mary, giving her a hug. "Thank you, so much. Thank you."
I gave her one last tight squeeze, then let go, and walked back to my seat to eat the rest of my food.
After we both finished, I put our plates in the dish water. "I'm going to bed Mary, goodnight. See you in the morning." I said yawning.
"Goodnight Light, sweet dreams." I walked out of the kitchen and head up the stairs to my room.
I wasn't even tired yet, maybe this would be a good time to change into my owl form, and fly for awhile in the night.
I looked at the time and it said 7
47pm. I put my bag with my book and set it in the drawer of my night stand. I walk over to the window and opened it.
I took off my clothes and throw them on my bed. I cleared my head, then thought of a white owl. I felt my body begin to change, and my arms shifting while my body became smaller.
I opened my eyes, and see my vision is sharper now.
I flew out my window, and fly above the trees into the night. I can hear everything from a mile away.
The old man just laughed at Timmy, and said, "Know what, how are you going call him when I kill you. Your an idiot you mutt." The old man spat out at Tim.
"Then I have no choice, but to kill you then." After Tim said that, he turned back to his silver wolf and jumped toward the two rogues.
The tan one jumped on his back while bitting his shoulder. Tim got the tan one off quickly, but was on the ground again. The tan one was growling at him, while he put his paw on my brothers back.
The old man was now beside my brother and he said in low voice, "Where is your pack now mutt. Any last words before you die. What, none? Kill him."
When the old man said that I jump out of the tree and landed on the tan wolf and bit into his neck, then hearing the wolfs neck snap.
I dragged the wolf away from my brother. I let go of the tan wolf which was easy to kill.
I stalked over to the old man who's still in human form. He was against a tree looking scared as ever.
I stand in front of Tim, standing my ground. I crouched down and was about to jump at him, but he turned into his wolf and ran as fast as ever.
