As we left that place I told Star and John, but I wasn't ready to tell Zach that I can read minds or my other powers. I went up stairs with Lilly who was holding my hand as I walked to her room.
After she went inside her room I went into my room. I decided to take a shower. I got out drying my body, then slipping on my shorts and t-shirt. I walked to my bed getting in my covers.
Somehow I felt like I was missing something. I heard movement on my left, on the other of the wall.
I knew it was Zach, I looked at the time and it was 11
00pm at night. I wonder why he would be up at this time.
I went to my window and opened it. The cool breeze of the night hit my nose, pine needles and honeysuckle. There was a tree that lead to Lilly's and Zach's room. I took off my clothes and turned into my leopard form and jumped on the tree branch.
I carefully walked to Zach's window, I thought my eyes were going to pop out.
Zach had no shirt on and there was paper balls everywhere. I twitched my ears as I heard him speak.
"What am I going to say, 'Hey Light, I'm sorry I ruined your life. Please forgive?' that won't work. Think, think." He was hitting his head with the palm of his hand.
I laughed in my mind, but I won't forgive him easily. He has to earn my trust. He was trying to write me a poem or something.
I crawled towards Lilly's window to see her playing dolls in her bed. I pawed the window and she quickly looked up to see me.
A smile spread on her lips. She got off her bed and went to the window, opening it. She stepped aside as I jumped into her room.
Her room was pink walls with a little bed in a corner. A TV is on a dresser, then Barbie dolls were scattered all over the floor. Lilly petted my head as I purred. "Jewel, I missed you."
I looked into her eyes, then I got into her mind. 'Lilly, can I stay in here tonight, please?' She looked at me up and down.
"Light, is that you. How?" I turned back and I smiled. "I'll tell you tomorrow, right now I feel like I'm going to pass out."
She nodded and got in bed." She turned to me, then ask, "Can you turn into other animals?" I nodded and she beamed at me. Oh no, I know that look. "Can you turn into a cheetah?" I nodded and turned into a white chetah right in front of her.
Her face looked over my white and black spots, but you can tell I was a cheetah.
The boy who was standing in front of me turned around. I gasped when he turned around, it was Zach.
He was wearing jeans and a white t-shirt, but he had no shoes and his eyes were white and no longer brown.
I tried to talk, but nothing came out. I was reaching for him, but every time I did it feels like I'm moving farther away from him.
Then he started walking to me, but when he made it to me he just passed right through me and kept walking. I was saying his name, but he never stopped.
Out of the shadows a wolf came out, he was all black, but he had red eyes. Zach didn't even flinch, he just walked to the black wolf.
I was running to him, but every time I did I get nowhere like I was stuck to the ground. Zach kept walking as the wolf growled at him. The wolf bend down it's head and bared his teeth.
Then everything went fast, the wolf jumped bringing down Zach. I was yelling, but they couldn't hear. The black wolf had it's teeth around Zach's throat.
Blood was coming out of Zach's mouth, his eyes closed, I was screaming. Then the forest faded out, now I was in a office, a desk stood in front of me, a chair was behind me.
