The Company's little novel Chapter 13

Marco POV.

We had someone new in the company, she's a little thing, but she doesn't like being called little, her job is mostly to help us all with the paperwork. I had my eye on her, I knew a little when I saw one, I saw how she blushed when she got praised on her, even fussy sometimes.

I had my eye on her, I wanted to invite her to try being a little with me, but it was never a good time, I knew when to ask and when to give someone their space. It was all going well until she skipped work for a full week, she took a vacation saying she's too sick to come. I asked Felix about her, he's the head of our little department, he's in charge of everyone while I'm in charge of my trainers, all nine of them are my students. We teach both littles and dom, help them adopt to the lifestyle, show them what's it's all about, we recruit new littles and dom.

We knew something was wrong with her, she came back scared, looking behind her shoulder, I knew from Felix who happens to be a very good friend of mine, she jumped at the sudden voice of the door closing. Some littles would get scared, some would whine, but the way she jumped up, the way she was so scared of the sudden move, it all said abuse, Felix talked to her before talking back to me.

He promised not to kill the one who did that to her, but I didn't I was planning a very painful payback but he wouldn't tell me who it was. I didn't understand what's all this about, until she came to work so tired she became extremely fussy, we know a fussy baby, we deal with them the whole day, and Talia is acting like one.

Since we are so interested in her one of us would have to adopt her, do you know how many trainer is interested in her, six including me, do you know how many of us are single the answer is five. Felix was more of a little boy man, but he said if little Talia doesn't find her match with us he's willing to adopt her. Little Talia had everyone locked around her little finger, she doesn't even mean to, she doesn't know that her pouty lips, blushing cheeks, innocent giggle got all of us interested. We work with littles all the time but this one is special, her innocence and naivety had the best of us. She's having a new schedule, as head of the training section I had every right to call dibs on her, even two of my girl trainers were demanding I give them a turn with her.

We all had a discussion that night after work, we're not allowed to talk about work outside the company but she's not a client, we were all wondering how old she'll be, I said between two and three, the girls said eight, Felix went with four, the others said random numbers, but me being the best one at my job between us, I knew I was right, she won't act a day over two once she's fully comfortable.
