But after he had toyed with her, Lynne realized she couldn't manipulate him on such short notice. So, the thankless job had fallen to her. What she hadn't expected was Joshua's lightning-fast reaction, which had completely undermined her in the court of public opinion.

Lynne quickly changed tactics. "If you don't believe me, let's just do the DNA test right here! We've invited a testing agency from the Burton Group. Stella's relationship with Mr. Burton is so good, surely the results from a Burton Group agency can be trusted, right?!"
