The Frozen Alpha novel Chapter 4

My mum walks towards my dad and whispers something in his ears as she hugged him.

His eyes was staring at me.

It turned red immediately.

A year rolled off my eyes as I stood my ground staring at my dad.

He was going to kill me now.

I could tell how sad he got.

"I want to see him!" My dad says as a command and my mum steps away from protecting me but with my body still covering that of my frozen mate.

My dad growled and I quickly stepped away feeling embarrassed at what he was to see.

I stared at his face as his eyes could already tell the shock that he had seen.

Tears rolled out from my eyes as he turned to look at me confused.

"What Is that?" he asked me as he walked closer to my frozen mate's body.

"That Is his mate, I think he was cursed to be frozen into this state by a powerful witch only to be broken by a mate's wish, he Is an alpha" Luna Mona explains to him.

"I know he is an alpha, I could feel his aura, he must be of a really great kind, but was unfortunate enough!" My dad says in a way that it sounds like a compliment but at the end, sounded like a sort of dishonor.

"Take the body in," my dad ordered as the other young alphas present came carrying his body into the mansion as I stared at them breathing in and out that they could tell of my sexuality already.

"Tomorrow is the moon day and I believe that you already know what to wish for? I hope your faith ends with peace" My dad says, staring straight at me and I acknowledge his words as he walks off.

"But mum! This is not fair at all, how come my mate turned out to be frozen and now I can't wish for a..." I said to my mum but she interrupted me immediately.

"I will punish you if you ever think of saying that you'd rather wish for any foolish fantasy than your frozen mate who happens to be an Alpha! Find peace son! You need it." she said with her Luna aura and I yielded to her words as she walked away bold in power.

So, I can never get what I want!

I ran into my room and climbed onto my bed but felt a weird material over my pillows, next to my neck.

But I later jumped up from my bed when I heard something that shocked all the fibers of my purest being.

It was the moons bound!

And It Is time.

Rona's [P.O.V]

I stood up from my bed thinking of wearing my white dress just to see that I was already putting it on, so all that remains right now...Is to head downstairs.

I rushed down the stairs only to almost hit myself at Luna, my mum.

"You look stunning son" my mum compliments me and I thanked her for providing It.

I turned towards where my mate was kept just to see him being carried up by the rogues and my mum signals for me to follow them as they left with him as well.

I was soon close to the chambers and my dad stood together with other elders at the entrance of the chambers with the moon shining so bright In Its beauty.

Other girls and boys of my age were at some area collecting white rope laces which were tied to their hands and I could not wait to get my own hands tied up.
