Osa's POV

Would it be bad staying here?

I mean, I have nowhere else to go. . .

I sigh, playing with the fabric of my shirt. Valesco said that it's true, once I know about them, there's no going back... but do I want to stay here?

For now, I have no choice, even if I run away they have enough means to find me so if I have to leave I'll have to come up with a strategical plan and I'm not sure it has come to that.

I decide to step outside, wondering what the others were doing, but I found no one. I barely saw caramel, not even at breakfast and I wonder where she was, it was useless though, I was in an empty house.

* * *

It was midnight and I was beginning to get worried. And scared.

No one was here.

The door suddenly barges open and I gasp frightened.

Tucker comes in first and the rest follows. It seems as if Valesco was taking forever but I frown as Benjamin lay from his side, limping.

"Is everything okay?" They all looked tired and beaten up.

"We're alive aren't we?" James chuckles despite his pain and I stand, staring at Benjamin.

"Is he okay?"

"He's alright. Nothing too bad." Valesco says and Benjamin grunts.

"Do you mind taking care of him for me? I have to do some things." Valesco doesn't wait for an answer as he shakes Benjamin onto me.

"Crap," I mutter as his weight nearly breaks me.

"I'm fine." He snaps standing painfully and I breathe a sigh of relief.

"I need to help your wounds. ." I murmur and he glares at me. We were the only ones still standing her and he clenches his jaw. I take that as a sign to just leave.

I begin to walk upstairs and surprisingly he follows me. In my bedroom, he looks around while limping and I lead him to my bathroom where he just sits on the edge of the bathtub. I pull out the first aid kit that I looked for since I got the blade, just in case the blood was too much.

"If you feel like you're about to fall... you can just grip... my legs." I murmur awkwardly and he doesn't say anything just stares at me.

I take cotton and drag it along the mild gash he had on his face. He winces slightly but doesn't make a move to grab my leg so I thought he was okay. Until I started using rubbing alcohol.

I practically felt like I was going to fall by how hard his grip.

"Dammit." He whisper-yells and I bite my lip.

"I'm done with your face. ." He raises an eyebrow as if asking where else I had to do and I shake my head. "I mean I'm done." I step away and he makes no move to leave. He sighs, standing and leaning against the counter, before ripping off his shirt.

I blush at his defined body and I know he notices as he smirks. His chest wasn't as bad, just needed some cold compressions.

He grabs the pack from my hand, "let me just do you a favor right now."

He angrily limps out and as soon as the door slams shut I bang my hand on the sink counter and cry out in frustration.

It didn't feel right leaving him like that, which is why, three-thirty, I'm walking to his room with a glass of milk and some pills.

I knock, but he's probably asleep, so I slowly open the door. To my disappointment he's fast asleep, but, he's facing my side. So I slowly tiptoe, placing the milk on the bed table, with the pills, and I breathe a sigh of relief.

Pop.

His eyes lift open and they land straight on me. I freeze, looking at him, then back at the door. His eyes slowly move to the items on the dressing table before landing back on me.

He doesn't say anything so I stand straight and clear my throat, slowly moving backward. He raises an eyebrow as I reach for the door, and fall on my butt.

"Great." I murmur quickly standing and exiting as fast as my legs could carry me, only to be confronted by another chest. "Aw, cmon!"

"Osa? What were you doing in there?" Valesco queries and I sigh.

"Taking care of your son." I move away and swiftly move towards my room.

I just need to sleep.
