“Transfer the money and get in touch with DM.”
The longer she waited, the more chances there were for something to go wrong. Especially with her grandfather involved...
Half an hour later, her phone buzzed.
“Marcia, DM has cleared your entry,” her assistant said. “Should we leave now?”
She shook her head, her lips twisting into a cold smile. “Charlotte and Anthony are still in Novaria. If we go in now, we’ll just make it easy for them to follow.” After getting burned so many times, she wasn’t about to make another mistake.
“We leave at three in the morning.” Marcia paused, thinking it through, then let out a chilly laugh. “Get three planes ready.”
Her plan was simple. Once they landed, she’d send a body double to meet with DM’s people while she slipped away to meet Olivia.
“Understood, Marcia,” her assistant replied, sounding genuinely impressed. It was a clever move. Novaria wasn’t under the control of N Organization or X Organization, so Charlotte wouldn’t find it easy to make a move there. If Marcia got her hands on the bracelet, Charlotte would be the one begging for mercy.

At three a.m. sharp, three planes took off from Isle of Veil’s airport. The first was a flashy private jet, making a big show of it. Marcia, though, was on the last plane, keeping a low profile. She planned to vanish without a trace once they landed in Novaria.
Two hours later, all three planes touched down at Novaria International Airport, landing within minutes of each other. Just as planned, the body double, surrounded by bodyguards, was hustled into a waiting car.
Meanwhile, Marcia stood quietly in a corner, scanning the area. When the convoy pulled away, she put on her sunglasses and a hat, slipped into the shadows, and hurried into the car she’d arranged in advance.
