- Axels POV -
My beta and gamma were right behind me as we roamed the borders checking for anything suspicious. My black wolf with grey tips on the ears padded through the forest with ease.
I sniffed the air and smelt rogue, we all growled at the same time which practically shook the trees.
Right after I growled the rogue scent mixed with an intoxicating smell of vanilla and coconut.
'Mate!' My wolf growled in happiness that we've finally found our mate. We've been waiting for her for 5 years. Well technically 23 years since my parents have always told me the joys of having a mate. I've always wanted a mate ever since I could speak.
My parents raised me right. They told me that your mate should be the only one for you, they're your everything. They taught me how to be strict and nice at the same time, how to make everyone feel welcomed into the pack. And most importantly, they told me the importance of saving yourself for your mate. Most Alphas were not brought up like me, and that's what separates me from the others. That is why we're the strongest pack in America.
I looked around and realized that smell was coming from right in front of me.
I was stunned, her hair is white, long and silky. Despite her being covered in dirt it was very clear she's gorgeous. I've never seen someone so beautiful.
I quickly shifted back to human and threw on clothes then squatted in front of this beautiful angel.
She looked frozen, I could hardly see her eyes but they snapped to mine when I caressed her face.
I gasped and heard the other guys do it too. Her eyes are a vibrant purple, like the color of a violet. They put you in a trans, you just don't want to look away.
I snapped out of my trans when I heard her groan of pain. I quickly ordered the guys to alert the pack doctor that he's needed.
"My beautiful mate, what happened to you?" I whispered lifting her up. She was very light and my heart broke for this angel.
I can't believe i've finally found my mate after all these years of waiting.
I ran into the hospital room and laid her down gently. Her eyes were hardly open and it looked like she was clueless to what was happening around her.
I held her soft hand and rubbed my thumb along her knuckles.
The pack doctor Jim walked into the room and looked taken aback by her.
"Oh gosh, who is this Alpha?" He asked.
"My mate, aka your Luna so help her." His eyes widened a little and the smile on his face didn't go unnoticed.
I'm expecting all smiles when the pack finds out I found her. They've been waiting for a Luna.
He checked her over and did some tests then set his notes down.
"Okay so it seems she just needs food and water. She also should probably get a bath to wash off all that dirt. She will be out cold for about 2 days so I suggest you get someone to give her a shower while she's out." He said smiling.
"Thank you Jim, you can go." He nodded and glanced at her one more time then left.
I wish I knew her name.
I mindlinked my mom to come give her a bath, I don't want to do it because I don't want to scare her if she finds out I bathed her while she's unconscious.
That's a tad creepy.
My mom walked in the hospital room and I kissed my mates forehead before walking out to give them privacy.
"Congratulations bro." My beta Jack said patting my shoulder. My gamma Kole congratulated me as well for finding my mate.
I can't seem to remember much from when I was dying in the forest. I think I remember a guy-
Oh shit! I found another mate. The dream I had about the moon goddess must have been real.
Oh no he's going to reject me! Then I'm dead for sure.
But he did seem happy to find me?
Maybe because he needs a new slave to clean everything.
The heart machine was really going crazy now and three guys and an older lady burst through the door.
I pushed myself back into the bad as much as I could and covered my face with my knees and arms.
I was shaking and breathing heavily.
I jumped again when a hand touched mine sending sparks flying through me.
As much as I wanted to scream the touch was calming.
"Look at me." His deep voice said calmly and I obliged.
I removed my arms from covering my eyes and I was shocked at the man in front of me.
He has dark brown hair and brown eyes. His jawline was very defined and he was muscular but not too much. He was a god and it sucks for me that he's probably going to hurt me.
