Darryl was shocked and squeezed his brows discreetly. ‘What does Jackie want now? This has nothing to do with you even if Sect Master and I are in a relationship. Fine, let’s see what she really wants.’

Darryl squeezed a smile and asked Jackie to continue to speak.

Darryl gathered his thoughts and smiled bitterly as he said, “Since the Elder Master has decided, it would be silly of me to object. Alright, I agree to your terms.”

Darryl gave a signal with his eyes towards the Sect Master.

He did not want to reply, but if he objected, he would have to fight Jackie. His power would then be exposed, and his identity revealed.

Jackie nodded in satisfaction when she saw Darryl had agreed. Then, she smiled at Sect Master, “Alright, I won’t disturb you both anymore. I’m going to rest.”
