"The more depressed you are, the more excited I am." When Rosalind saw Lyla trembling in sadness, the light in her eyes became even more intense. "Get the hell out of Antonio's sight if you're sensible. Otherwise, your child will die tragically."

"The child is innocent ..." Lyla tried to snatch the child, but failed.

Rosalind sneered, "Innocent? My husband has been stolen, how innocent am I! I really wish I could tear you and your child to pieces!"

Lyla trembled slightly.

She pursed her lips and suddenly closed the door to keep away from Rosalind.

Her eyes were fixed on her child, filled with sorrow.

"What are you doing? Do you think you can be fine just by doing this? Don't you care about your child?" Rosalind said. "Believe it or not, I'm going to take your child ..."

Before Rosalind could finish her sentence, her phone suddenly rang.

She was shocked. This ringtone was specially set by her for Antonio.

She immediately picked up the phone. "Antonio?"

"Rosalind, be obedient and take the child away," Antonio said in a low voice, "Bring him home. Don't bother Lyla."

"Antonio?!" Rosalind was stunned. "You ..."

"Do you think I don't know anything?!" Antonio said angrily. "Why are you so disobedient? Didn't I say that everything I did was for you? This child is your child, what do you want to do to him?"

Rosalind glanced at the door but Lyla was only looking at the child in her arms sadly. Rosalind asked, "You already know?"

"Yes." Antonio answered.

"You want to divorce me?" Rosalind asked again through her gritted teeth.

"No, why would I divorce you?" Antonio replied. "Be obedient and take the child home. I will go back home tonight."

Rosalind was a little unwilling, but she still obeyed Antonio's instruction. She glared fiercely at the door then turned around and left.

Seeing Rosalind leave, Lyla heaved a sigh of relief, but her heart ached even more.

How long would her child be in this woman's clutches?

Her phone rang. She knew the call was from Antonio. "Hello, Antonio. You know everything, right? I'm worried about the child when he is with her ... He is our child. Do you really have the heart to let him suffer?"

"Lyla, be good. I will handle it properly. She won't hurt our child anymore," said Antonio with a soft tone.

He and Rosalind sat opposite each other, but they were only silent.

Rosalind still looked at him in shock.

"Lyla has been with me for so long. It's impossible for me to leave her easily. She's helped me a lot." Antonio continued. "Do you really think you are that clean? She has also paid a lot for you and for us. Why can't you be a little more tolerant?"
