"Do her parents know about this?" Nathaniel asked again.
"I'm sure they don't," Cecilia replied.
Nathaniel was silent for a moment, then he said, "Don't get too involved in this matter."
He knew Kingston and Phoebe parents had been rushing Chelsea to get married, but that didn't mean they wouldn't accept an orphan as their son-in-law.
"I know," Cecilia replied.
She and Chelsea were just friends, so she wouldn't interfere in the latter's private life.
Unable to fall back asleep, Cecilia wanted to get up.
Nathaniel embraced her, unwilling to let her go. "Let's sleep a little longer."
"I can't sleep anymore." Cecilia pried his hand away. "Let me get up; I need to go to work."
At that moment, she only wanted to focus on managing Jamieson Group.
Afraid of making her angry, Nathaniel had no choice but to let go.
Cecilia immediately got out of bed, not daring to stay in the bedroom any longer.
Why hadn't I noticed Nathaniel has a bad habit of sleeping in?

Before Cecilia left the house, the nanny brought over an invitation card. "Mrs. Rainsworth, this was delivered by a man who claimed to be your younger brother."
The nanny was new, so she didn't know who Magnus was.
Cecilia took the invitation card and opened it. Sure enough, it was from Magnus. She then thanked the nanny and checked the date. The wedding would take place the day after tomorrow.
Shortly after she accepted the invitation, Magnus' phone call came in.
"Cecilia, did you receive the invitation?" Magnus asked.
"Yeah, I did," Cecilia replied.
"Both you and Nathaniel must come the day after tomorrow," Magnus exhorted.
"I will come, but I don't know if my husband can make it," Cecilia said.
"But with so many people, a few tables won't be enough, right?" she asked.
"Yeah. I'm planning to book a ballroom," Magnus said.
"How much will that cost?" Denise couldn't help but worry.
"It won't cost anything. Philip, the hotel manager, is my friend. When he heard I was getting married, he agreed to let us use it for free for one day," Magnus said shamelessly.
It was a lie.
The truth was, he told Philip Lester that Cecilia was his sister and that she would attend the wedding.
Upon hearing that Magnus' sister was the CEO of Jamieson Group, Philip offered the wedding venue to Magnus for free as he thought he could curry favor with her in order to have a business collaboration with her in the future.
"Oh, okay. But we should avoid owing such favors," Denise said.
"I know. Denise, you are truly too kind," Magnus commented sincerely.
Denise was genuinely gullible. She believed almost everything Magnus said and was completely unguarded against people.
