Miranda let out a cold laugh. "What are you talking about? I have no idea."

She was still playing dumb.

Cecilia's reply came down hard. "Miranda, do you understand that the internet cuts both ways? While you're going after other people, there's every chance you'll end up hurting yourself."

"Aren't you worried that one day people will start picking your son apart online too?" Cecilia asked.

Miranda didn't take it seriously at all. "My son didn't do anything wrong, and he never laid a hand on anyone. What do I have to be afraid of?"
