Hearing his words, Lemira thought the Langston brothers were arrogant beyond belief.

Asher’s voice was seething as he hung up.

Lemira looked at Stella. “That’s my brother for you. He’s always been insufferably arrogant, convinced he can do no wrong while everyone else is always at fault.”
