Alana's POV
7 and a half months later
"You okay baby?" Aiden asks as we drive to the shower and I give him a deadpan look.
I was already the size of an elephant and he couldn't leave me alone.
"Yes," I stress and he grins.
"I'm just asking baby. I'm so excited!" He faces forward and I smile adoringly.
"Push the baby out yourself then." I roll my eyes playfully and he winces.
"I don't...I don't think I can do that." I laugh and he just shakes his head at the thought.
I still haven't revealed the sex of the baby, and when Aiden found out that I knew, he freaked out.
Coming home from the doctors I was smiling super hard. I was so excited to have what I was having.
I open my door and step inside, Aiden was already laying lazily on the couch and I froze.
He wasn't supposed to be here.
I hid the papers and I could only hide a few before he turned to me.
"Baby." He smiles and I give him a nervous one. I wanted to keep it surprise until the shower. His eyes snap to the paper and he frowns.
"What's that?"
"Nothing," I state immediately.
Way to go.
He's on his feet and I squeal trying to run, but all these extra weights were killing me.
"Gotcha." I didn't even make it that far before my back was pressed against him. I sigh defeated as he grabs it.
"You went to the doctors?" He asks and I nod against his chest. "And I wasn't there with you."
He moves away and I realize he only had the receipt. Phew.
