My dear little baby wished me a warm good morning with a super demanding cry. I was in the middle of feeding her when a stressed Ren came with a trayful of delicious breakfast. My first happy day here when food smelled good again because I was happy. But my first time watching Ren look so out of whack as well.

"What's the matter? Your alpha giving you a tough time?" Why did I have to bring him up? Because I wanted to hear about him.

"His mate is in a terrible mood."

His chosen mate. I mentally corrected her and waited for more.

"The Alpha went into heat just an hour back and asked for you know..."

"No..." I got up from my seat and almost spilled my coffee over. I mean, "No way! How many women?"

"I will know when I take this breakfast for him. Adalyn is pissed at me as if it's my fault if he behaves like a horny monster."

"Oh, you brought food for me before serving him?"

"The Alpha comes first. But he said you are a new mother and take precedence."

That doesn't make me feel any better, considering he will be spending his entire day fucking some random women.

"Let me help you, Ren. I want to take breakfast to his room if you don't mind."

"You can tell him I insisted and was a stupid adamant person who wouldn't care to listen to you. She's asleep, please keep an eye on her."

I pushed the trolley down the corridor before Ren could speak. Not sure about Adalyn, but I wanted to break his nose right now.

"Come in." I heard his husky voice when I knocked on the door. Fucker started fucking already? So lost in someone's arms that he probably didn't catch my scent outside his door.

I opened the door and pushed the cart with a loud clang against the door when I saw a voluptuous woman messing with his pant buttons. He was shirtless and quite a sight to behold. Catching the woman's wrist and pushing it to the side, he glared at me for breaking into his room.

"Coffee?" I tried to act calm but wanted to drag this woman out of the room by grabbing onto her lush golden hair. Taking one good look at the kind of woman he was into, I carried the coffee mug to him.

I wanted to break it on his head but before I could decide, my hand, with a mind of its own, spilled it on his crotch. I threw the empty cup at him and kicked the trolley toward the bed before storming out.

"It's all your fault. You know you did this to me." I shook my head in denial, ignoring the awesome sensation of his hot breath fanning against my cheeks. "You are the reason I went into heat. And you made a big mistake by coming to my room now."

"Sorry, I'll never com---"

He sucked my lips with an intense urgency while his fingers dug into my waist. Caressing my tongue with his, he could feel my suppressed moan and kissed me even more passionately.

"Fuck! I love the way you taste." His words were awakening some primal needs inside me.

The way his lips slid across my skin sent heat straight to my core. His already crazy hard boner was flaring against my belly button, if that was possible. He ran his tongue over the spot where Wyatt claimed me, and I could feel Kian's wolf go crazy.

I could also hear his "Shut the fuck up, Rex!"

The raw kind of passion oozing out of him was driving me wild with the need to kiss him back with no restraints. It was already too late. I was moaning against his ear while he licked my neck.
