Catch Her By Her Scent novel Chapter 32

She looks at me with raised eyebrows. I feel my face growing warm and I know that I have a bright red blush forming on my hot cheeks. I am not sure I want to think about having kids quite yet, especially with a war coming up.

"Don't worry Sophia don't have to worry about that yet, but in the future I would like some granbabbies, and the sooner the better." She pats my cheek softly and walks over to her husband.

"Sweetie why don't you let the boys finish this and we can go relax." Diana says to him and I stare at their retreating figures, not believing what they are about to go do.

The boys all gag while finishing the dishes. They put the last dish in its place and they all run off in different directions. The only people that stay in the kitchen are Levi, Jay, and I. Jay walks over to me and wraps his arms around my waist. He sticks his nose into my neck and breathes in my scent.

"You smell so good sweetheart." Jay says to me.

He goes in to kiss my neck, but we here a throat being cleared behind us. We turn to Levi, I am now thoroughly embarrassed, but Jay looks pleased with himself.

Jay looks at Levi and says, "Yes?"

I elbow him in the stomach and say to him, "Be nice."

Levi grins at our antics and leans back on the table top. "I was just going to congratulate you guys on finding each other. You have caught yourself a wonderful woman Jay, I'm happy for you." Levi says with a genuine smile.

"Thanks Levi." I say for the both of us.

My mind wandered off as the guys started talking about their manly things, like football and those kinds of things. While my train of thought was running wild I remember that Levi was with the Alpha King at the gathering and thought I would ask about it.

I wait until they finish their conversation then I look at Levi, "So why were you at the gathering the other day with the Alpha King?"

Levi looks a little nervous and then his sights set on Jay and it looks like they are talking through the mind link. Obviously whatever was going on with them and the Alpha King was a very discreet secret. I roll my eyes at them, because they are the only ones that know my deepest secret themselves, well besides the Alpha King and Max.

He chuckles at me and gets a cup from the cabinet and fills it up with water. "It's ok I was just teasing, in your defense though I don't think I am going to get it either. After all I am the youngest and I definitely wouldn't care if I didn't get it."

With that said he leaves the room. He seems really genuine and nice, but he is also really mysterious, I kind of like it though.

I turn to the other brothers again, "He is kind of ominous isn't he?" I say with amusement.

They laugh at me and nod their heads. "Don't worry he is a great guy once you get to know him."

"Well if he is at all like the rest of his family I wouldn't worry. You guys are probably the most functional family I have ever met."

"Now that is something I never thought I would hear." Both Levi and Jay say at the same time, which to me is hilarious since they are twins, or triplets, or however you want to say it.
