"Wait!" I shouted. "How do you know that I am the one and I can do this?"
She turned back around and looked me dead in the eye, "I am the one that choose you for this and I have complete faith in you. You must return back to your pack and friends, I believe they are worried about you. Oh and Jay say hello to your wolf for me." With that the moon goddess walked away leaving me in darkness again.
How was I supposed to even get home? Before I could even think of a solution my eyes lids began to feel heavy and a wave of fatigue washed over me. I lowered myself to the ground and as soon as my head was on my arms I feel asleep.

I was awoken by the sound of angry and worried voices surrounding me.
"When is she going to wake up?" A manly voice said.
"It has been days, she should be awake!" Another voice said in frustration.
"I want our sister back Penny," someone cried.
At the mention of 'sister' I realised that it was my boys that were with me and Penny. I tried move my body to tell them that I was awake but my body was aching and it still felt like that it was on fire.
My eyelids were no longer heavy so I tried to open them. They fluttered open to revel that I was in the clinic room in the pack house. I searched the room and found my brothers and Penny in the corner talking, they obviously didn't notice that I was awake.
"Guys," I barked. Wait did I just bark?! Whatever noise I made got their attention as they all rushed over to me. I shoot out of bed and tumbled onto the floor landing on all fours. I looked down at the floor. Instead of seeing hands and feet, I found paws covered in black fur with tints of red amongst the black. My breathing picked up as I stared at them.
"Jay, you need to calm down." Penny instructed inching her was closer to me. I snapped the gaze over to her and gave her a look as if to say 'are you being serious right now'.
"You should listen to Penny, Jay. She's only trying to help." James said also inching closer to me.
I did as Penny instructed and calmed my breathing. Once I was calm I looked back at all of them and sat down on my hind legs. Wow, it's going to take a while to get used to that I thought to myself.
"You really are a beautiful wolf Jay and your eyes are amazing!" Josh said filling in the silence.
"I'm going to have to agree with Josh on this one." Penny agreed. I looked at the others and they all nodded their heads in agreement.
I wonder what I look like in this form I wondered.
"Do you want to see yourself?" Penny asked. I nodded my big wolf head. "Follow me."
"Three days!"
"You must have had loads of dreams." Jake said.
"No just one actually, but it wasn't a dream." I answered.
"What do you mean Jay?" I proceeded to tell them about what the moon goddess had told me and what she said about me.
"So what does the moon goddess mean?" Penny asked.
"She means that a war is coming and we are going to be the ones that save the human race."
Jay's P.O.V
It has been a few days since I first shifted and the day the moon goddess spoke to me about the upcoming war, and since then everyone has been training. And I mean everyone. There's not a person in the pack that is not doing their part, well expect for the children. I have upped my training hours as I now need to learn how to fight in wolf form.
