Jessica left, but her words kept spinning in my head.

She also came to see me during the day before my wedding to Tyler in my past life.

She showed me all the memories they'd recorded together and told me: "Tyler is only marrying you for obligation. Canceling the wedding would be better for both of you."

I dismissed her words, completely convinced Tyler was in love with me. I believed our wedding would bring me dreamed happiness.

My mom had been pushing me to date since graduation, and I always refused. Everyone thought I wasn't interested in relationships, but I was already with Tyler.
