I stood there in shock as I watched it all in slow motion but broke out of my trance when I heard a dish break and turned to see that one of the maids had seen it all. Surprised was etched in her face.

"Are you alright?" Wolfgang said as he stood protectively before me. I only nodded still looking at my shaking hands.

"You bitch! What the fuck was that?!" Tallulah growled as she staggered to get back up on her feet.

Magnar stood between the three of us.

"That is enough Tallulah! You're to leave from this place right away. You and your fathers pack are banned from ever stepping foot here in Buckland ever again!" Alpha Magnar roared. "Guards!! Get her out of her immediately before I decide to place her in the dungeons where she belongs!"

Warriors came from the other room and one of them intended to take a hold of Tallulah's arm but she quickly snatched it out of his grip.

"I'll see myself out!" She scoffed before reincorporating herself. "You'll pay for everything." She said to me and left out the door. Magnar turned around to face us.

"I'm sorry you two had to face such an uncomfortable situation. Lady Aurora, are you alright?" He asked.

"I'm... fine alpha. Thank you... I'll head to my room now. Goodnight." I said before dashing out of the dinning hall but not without managing to hear Magnar question Wolfgang about what had jut happened.

I ran straight to the stairs and down the hall until I reached the room. I went inside and marched to the bathroom to the sink and turned the faucet on. I took a handful of water and splashed it all over my face.

I was still looking at myself in the mirror trying to figure out what happened down stairs when I heard Wolfgang come inside and stood at the bathroom door. I wished I had locked it.

"Are you really alright Aurora?" He asked.

"I told you already. I'm fine." I said and walked past him and sat on the bed. He still stood in front of the bathroom door staring at me.

"I contacted Remus. I told him will be leaving to Fairbanks tomorrow." He said to which I nodded and we both fell silent once more. We were in that awkward silence for a few minutes. He stood over at the door silently staring at me. I was looking at the floor but I could feel his gaze straight on me.

"Don't look at me as if I was some strange bug. I'm creeped out enough about this all." I snapped at him.

"I'm sorry Aurora." He said as he looked down to his feet. "But I never thought you were some strange bug. On the contrary. I thought it was awesome." He said as came and sat next to me on the bed. "I think you are the most extraordinary wolf I've ever met, and I'm sorry I didn't realize that before." He said as he hung his head down.

"Say something, stupid." Rhea spoke in my mind.

"So, you're the wolf every maid has been talking about." She said as she adjusted her lens. "Aah. I can see it now. The resemblance." She said to me.

"You knew my mother?" I asked her shocked.

"Knew her? I helped the old witch, Eleanor to raise her." She giggled. "What a fine and powerful wolf she was." She said as she looked out to the moon. "And it seems you've inherited her power." She said as she turned to look at me once more."

"Her powers? What do you mean?" I asked the older wolf.

"One of the maids said that you pushed the Wilhelm pup away from you without even touching her. Your mother did that also once to a wolf that kept pestering her." She laughed as she reminisced.

"My mother could do things like that?" I asked her shocked.

"Yes. That and may other things. But what made her even more special was her wolf. When she shifted, she'd turn into a beautiful white fur wolf with amethyst eyes." She said and I couldn't help the gasped that escaped my mouth.

This was a huge revelation. My mother and I had the same shift!
