That brought another thought to my head. Vincent had said that it didn't matter to him as long as I was there with him. I don't want to be with an omega! That means that I'll have the exact same treatment as him! How crappy would it be to have a werewolf mate I hate that belongs to a rank that all werewolves hate? Very!

Then came bedtime. It was dark outside and I was getting tired. Thinking that I'd find peace in sleep, I slumped upstairs and crawled into Vincent's bed. As soon as my eyes were hut, I felt the bed dip and a pair of strong arms wrap around me, pulling me into a large body.

"Goodnight Mate," Vincent cooed, kissing my forehead.

I felt him start to position me so that my head rested on his chest, but then the other side of the bed dipped with weight and another pairs of arms wrapped around my body.

"Goodnight Nora," Jason said, nuzzling the back of my neck.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?" Vincent growled.

"You don't have the authority to speak that way to me omega!" Jason snarled. "And if you must know, I'm sleeping with my mate, as I won't be able t without her by my side."

"But Vincent continued to sleep even when I ran off!" I whined. Why did I have to have Vincent holding me from the front, and Jason from the back...at the same time!

Jason laughed. "I suppose the correct way to say it would be that I won't sleep well without my mate. When a wolf sleeps with his mate by his side, then he's perfectly at peace. However, without his mate, he will no doubt have night terrors and is anxious all night."

"You keep me sane," Vincent said, nuzzling me.

"You keep me saner," Jason said, continuing to nuzzle me on the other side.

I didn't even get any sleep that night. It was rather difficult, considering two full-grown men holding me, trying to get my attention all night. As soon as I was almost asleep, I'd get Vincent telling me I owned his heart, which would cause Jason to say I owned his soul. Or Jason said that he would give the whole world to me if he could, and Vincent said that he would manage to get the world if it was what I desired.

Around four in the morning, Vincent began to snarl for no reason.

"Leave," he told Jason. "The moon."

Jason huffed. He leaned forward and kissed my forehead. "I'll rescue you tomorrow," he cooed and then ran off, leaving me with Vincent.

Yeah...that's not happening.

"Protect Mate," Vincent growled, going to the second thing on the list. He tensed his muscles, ready to attack as stayed crouched over me. He glanced around the whole bedroom, looking for any sign of danger. He began to sniff around the room, and then he snarled. He dropped down on me, my chest against his, both of arms locked around my torso.

He must have smelt Jason's scent and mistaken it for a threat.

"Keep Mate," he growled.

Huh?

Vincent leapt to his feet, me still trapped in his arms. He then threw me up, so that I was in his arms bridal style. Then he ran.

He actually ran! He went out of the bedroom, down the stairs, and out of the house. He took me down the streets, through the neighborhood and soon the forest came into view.
