"Yes, sir coming right up," she responded before walking out of the door and returning a few moments later with what I had requested. Handing them back to me, she asked if I needed anything else.
Nodding my head, no, I watched her until she exited my office. Watching her ass sway in that tight-fitting skirt had my cock twitching but I knew if I wanted this to work, I couldn't have the lower head rule over the one that was higher. It would get me in big trouble and will definitely make me lose my chance with this woman, who I have decided to put aside my lifestyle for just to see where the relationship would go when we get into one. That's how confident and serious about going into a relationship with her. Opening the file that she gave me, I began looking at the details that I would need for the meeting that I would be having at my dinner meeting next week with a prospective partner. As a person who has been in the business world long enough, I learned my lesson to always plan ahead and prepare myself––it was better to get things done now than at the last minute.
A few hours had passed and I was still buried deep in work when I heard my door open. Looking up I saw it was Emily. "Sir, my shift has ended so it's time for me to go. I will see you later."
Smiling at her I replied, "Adam, Emily, call me Adam." Smiling back at me, she nodded her head before she exited. I still couldn't keep my eyes off her and even after she had left, I was still staring at the door and wishing that it was glass so I could continue to watch her. Shaking my head, I picked up my phone and called the restaurant that I wanted us to go to. Making reservations, I ended the call and went back to finishing up what I was doing.
An hour later, I checked my watch and saw that it was five-thirty in the evening which meant that I had to stop working now and rush home to get ready in time and then pick her up. Closing the file and going down to the filing room, I placed it back where it should be before I went back inside my office, packed away my things, and took my leave.
I arrived there in fifteen minutes. Running up the stairs and into my room, I hurriedly stripped out of my clothes before I went to take a shower. Getting out twenty minutes later, I got dressed in black slacks, a white inside shirt, and a black vest, and my black shoes.
Taking up my car keys, I went downstairs and exited my home where I got inside my car and drove to Emily's home to pick her up.
Getting outside of my car, I went up to her door and knocked. A few minutes had passed before I heard the sound of heels clicking on the tile beyond her door. It was opened a second later by Emily who looked stunning. She was dressed in a blue sheer mid-thigh dress that definitely compliments her skin tone and shows off her long smooth legs. I could see every curve of her body and I had to bite back a moan by groaning internally. Looking her over, I was once again mesmerized by her beauty just like the first time when I laid my eyes on her.
"Y-you ready to go?" I stuttered. Silently cursing myself, I drew in a deep breath before I collected myself. Nodding her head, I took her by the arm and led her to the passenger side where I opened the door and closed it as soon as she was seated. Walking briskly around the driver's side, I got in and drove off to one of my favorite restaurants in New York,
"Bring me a bottle of your best champagne." Nodding at me, he took our menus before he excused himself.
"So, how was your day?" kicking myself mentally, I wondered what type of question that was. It was a pretty basic one and it would have been politer if she wasn't my personal secretary and more like someone I was on a blind date with.
Chuckling at me she replied, "I am the one that should be nervous, not you, considering I am out with my boss."
"Who said I was nervous? I just wanted to know how your day was. Remember you didn't spend every waking minute with me and Emily and tonight I'm not your boss. Tonight, I'm Adam, a man who is very much interested in getting to know you better, and probably if this leads to something more, I would love to start something new with you." Smiling inwardly, I was happy that I was being blunt and forward that way she would know my intentions. Staring at her, I could see her swallowing hard. She was about to open her mouth to say something when the waiter came back with our food.
