Now that I’m dead, they’ve gone back to being a happy family again.

But it seems even perfect families need someone to play the villain. Emily didn’t seem as cheerful as she should have been.

"This is the most important day of my life. What kind of grudge did my sister hold that she had to ruin my wedding?" she said, pouting.

Hearing her words, I almost believed that even as a ghost, I could go blind.

My brother had bought a private island for Emily and Matthew’s wedding, spending billions on decorations and flying in guests.

The whole affair had cost more money than most people would see in a lifetime—an extravagant event by any standard.

But for Emily, it wasn’t enough. It wasn’t the perfect wedding.
