I was laying on the bed in the most seductive way I could when the bathroom door opened and out walked Jake. He had on a pair of boxers, which is what he always wore to bed, and was pulling on a shirt as he was entering the room.
I cleared my throat, making him pause halfway with his shirt in the air.
"Maybe you shouldn't even put it on." I tell him rolling my eyebrows. I realize I probably looked like an idiot doing that, but figured I had nothing to lose.
Listening to my advice, he threw it to the side. His eyes devoured my body as he walked toward the bed. When he stood before it he drew his eyes to my face.
"Are you sure?" He asks one last time.
I know it won't help my situation, but I do pause to make sure that I am positive. It was a Sunday night. That meant that in a week from today, me and Jake would do the dirty. I was ready for it though. I was ready for all of it, and I was sure.
The nod of my head gave him the okay, as he crawled on top of me. His kisses started sweet and long, but turned to hard and hot. The minutes that we were kissing seemed to pass like seconds. It didn't take long for our bodies to be smashed against one another.
I started preparing myself when he trailed his kisses downwards. He would go to the bottom of my chin, then back. He did this a few times before I tilted my head all the way back to give him all and only access to my neck.
When he found my spot I went a little insane. It got hot, as in the room temperature seemed to spike, and I found myself grinding against him. It seemed like he was now fighting for control. I pushed myself against him harder, and even pulled his hair which was wrapped around my fingers. It seemed to be enough to make his wolf appear.
His eye's turned black, I knew, from when he pulled away to look at me. I only got a glance of the lust and want in his eyes though, before his head shot towards my neck again and his teeth sunk into my skin.
At first, there was pain. A drumming in my pulse and the aching in my neck. Then there was pleasure. Want and lust surging through my body. Finally, there was darkness.
I came to in our bedroom. I was on the bed, yet felt like I was lying in a bean bag. I observed two body pillows on either side of me like they were boxing me in.
Then I observed that I wasn't alone. On both sides of the room were two men, each standing there, motionless and expressionless. They reminded me of the guards in Europe that wore the black fluffy hats and skirts. They were silent, and didn't flinch at my movements.
I picked my hand up and reached for Jake. As he saw my intentions he took a step back.
Ouch.
"Jen, I need to explain a few things to you before your body has an episode." I try to stay calm as my mind starts to worry. Episodes? Why would I have an episode?
"Through out this week, there will be short periods of time where your body will act up, which is where the pain comes in." He speaks carefully, gauging my reaction as he goes. "It will probably come on very quickly, and could last up to an hour or two. It could also be happening every six hours depending on your hormones."
I was appalled by this new information. Thanks for telling me earlier, bud.
"My touch will take away your pain, but increase your desire. That's why those two are here." He tilts his head towards statues one and two. "Us wolves believe we have to survive this week to show we have will power. These guys are here to make sure that what we want to happen, doesn't."
