Hearing Helen's response, Charles was surprised. He did not expect Helen's reaction to be so calm. Immediately, he was flustered.

"Helen, honey. Julia and I didn't do anything. The moment I saw her, I would feel annoyed. I was so stupid and blind before to fall for her, instead of you! She was chased away by me. Honey, you need to believe me!"

Watching Charles hastily explaining, Helen felt amused and also very happy. The man she was craving for now really belonged to her.

"Hahaha ..."

As Helen thought this, she laughed out loud and couldn't stop in a short while. To her surprise, the Young Master Martin would actually stuck in the situation of explaining himself to a woman.

After spending more than two months together, Helen was truly not afraid of Charles anymore.

Every time a woman would pester him and beg him, but now the table had turned. Therefore, Helen felt funny and laughed.

Charles looked at Helen rolling on the ground, laughing, so he knew that he was out of the woods now.

He helplessly looked at the person who was squatting on the ground laughing at him and said in a huff, "What are you laughing at? What's so funny?"

Even though he said that, he still reached out and helped her up. He rubbed Helen's stomach and said, "Stop laughing. You just finished your dinner. It's not healthy to laugh so hard. Be good, stop laughing."

Helen stood up with Charles' help, took a deep breath, and slowly calmed down. However, she raised her head and caught a glimpse of Charles' grumpy face.

"Pff..."

She couldn't stifle her laughter again.

Charles' face darkened. She then said, "Alright, I won't laugh anymore."

When she saw Charles' long face, Helen hurriedly put away her smile.

Even though she said she wouldn't laugh anymore, the corner of her mouth still curled up.

"What are you still laughing? What's so funny about?" Charles asked.

"Because this is the first time I've seen you explain yourself in such a manner." Helen curved her lips.

Charles glanced at his lover beside him and explained, "That's because the other women are not important. You are the most important in my heart."

He lowered her head against her forehead. Then he looked at the bottom of Helen White's eyes with deep affection and sincerity.

Helen looked back and was moved by his burning and affectionate eyes.

"Thank you ..." She replied softly.

When Julia heard the laughter again, she wished she could immediately run in, separate them, and kill Helen White.

She lowered her head and stood outside for a moment. Then she turned around and left after taking the last glanced at the Martin's villa. She secretly made a decision in her heart.

Nobody could get what I couldn't get. I was going to personally destroy him.

With a cruel smile on her face, Julia slowly walked away.

The two people inside were completely unaware the danger that was about to fall on them.

After strolling for more than half an hour, they went back.

Helen flipped through the files in Charles' study room, then she decided to browse again because it was still early before bed. She did not go to work today, so her work could not be left behind.

Charles entered the bathroom and quickly took a shower. He was a little excited and wrapped around a single bath towel before coming out to look for Helen. He saw she was reading the files in the study. Feeling a little dissatisfied, he walked over and closed the files.

He pulled her up, led her to his room and let her sit on the bed. Then he looked at Helen White who was staring at him blankly.

Charles took a deep breath and cooled himself down. Then he crouched down and looked up at Helen with a serious look, "Honey, let's make a child!"

It was not a question, but a statement.
