Without a word, Charles turned around and walked towards the elevator. He was still worried about Helen's safety and did not want to waste time.

He strode down the corridor without looking at the beautiful decorations on either side.

The longer it took, the more unease Charles felt.

Walking to the door of Room 208, Charles collected himself and pushed open it. The originally quiet corridor was immediately full of the noises of the people inside.

However, when the people inside saw the door suddenly open, they were all stunned. They saw Charles standing at the door with a cold expression, and immediately stopped talking. They were enjoying themselves at the party but were suddenly interrupted by an uninvited guest.

As Charles walked in, everyone's gazes turned to him.

When Charles stopped beside Carl, who was sitting on the main seat, the others looked at each other awkwardly. They knew that although the Whites and the Martins were in-laws, the Martins had always looked down on the Whites because Helen married into the Martins in a disgraceful way. However, Charles spoke first, "It's so late. All of you, go home right now!"

The servant thought for a while and replied, "No, she didn't. She has been in a good mood lately. She is always smiling and hasn't said anything about leaving."

"By the way, two days ago, she asked me if I could make a cake. She said that it was almost your birthday. She wanted to make a birthday cake herself." A girl added.

"Also, she even searched for the tutorial online and bought a book. It's in the study."

When Charles heard this, he immediately smiled. Sure enough, she would not leave him.
