Their plan had already succeeded, and they had already gotten Ivy's money. So, after the call ended, Noelle and Eugene decided to pick up Mia.

Soon, Ivy would realize something was wrong, and she would most likely use Mia as leverage by then.

Noelle and Eugene made their way to the Cantrell residence right away. As they were on their way there, Eugene received news that Xenia had been taken away. Noelle was surprised to hear that.

"Who did it?"

"It was Ivy's assistant."

Upon hearing that, she thought it was a little weird. "That can't be it. Ivy has nothing to worry about anymore, so why would she want to take Xenia away?"

"Have you forgotten? Eason is still nowhere to be found. I guess she doesn't want to be exposed yet and have you be in her way. Xenia was out of control previously, and Ivy probably doesn't want anything else to happen."

Noelle thought about it and nodded. "You're right. Ivy has become dangerous now."

With that thought in mind, she knew she had to take Mia away right away. She tried calling the latter, but no one answered the phone.

Noelle thought something was wrong because Mia would never ignore her calls. So, Eugene said, "Send her a message."

"No, I'm heading in to take a look. Wait for us out here," she said while looking at him. "If Ivy has done something, our plans will be exposed if we rush in now. I'm sure she doesn't know about us yet."

So, Eugene stayed outside the Cantrell residence while Noelle headed into the building alone. Of course, Noelle wasn't the only one there, as she had a lot of bodyguards with her. When she entered the living room, she saw Ivy elegantly drinking coffee on the couch.

Seeing her, Ivy asked, "What are you doing at my house, Ms. Liddell?"

"Where's Mia? I have something to talk to her about, so tell her to stop hiding and get out now." Ivy was intrigued when she heard that. "Did you two have a fight?"
