Noelle stared at both Wyatt and Xenia. "It's a great deal, isn't it? You just need to kneel for a discount of 40 million dollars."

Wyatt shouted angrily, "In your dreams, Noelle!"

She smirked and replied, "You're the one that's dreaming. Is screaming all you ever know? How sad!"

With that, she headed downstairs to the dining room to eat. She was not interested in dealing with them any further.

Xenia watched as Noelle left. Feeling frustrated, she complained to Wyatt. "You should tell Donovan to transfer the shares to Noelle. It's not like she's losing anything anyway."

"I'll talk to him about this later. Don't worry, Xenia. I'll take care of this for you," Wyatt replied.

She then whispered, "You promised to have the villa written under my name, right?"

Wyatt was confident that his shares were far more valuable than the villa. "Of course. I won't go back on my words."

At that moment, Donovan just so happened to be coming downstairs. He was talking on the phone as he walked.

"Arrange for the rest of the advertisements as well. We need to keep promoting our company's products so we can better negotiate with investors."

After hanging up, he saw Xenia's tearful expression and immediately grew irritated.

He glanced at her and said, "Is your face okay? Go and book an appointment at the hospital for plastic surgery. Make sure there's no problems with your chin before you get on with filming."

Xenia's eyes flickered. "Donovan, is the company safe yet?"

"Yeah, there won't be any accusation about plagiarism for now. As for the project itself, make sure you get in contact with PZ Group. Production is about to begin."

"I understand, Donovan. The factory is already all set, and they can start production as soon as the funds arrive. All of the necessary materials are already prepared."

Xenia grew a little excited as she spoke. Half of her plan would be complete as long as Donovan transferred the funds over.

Donovan nodded and said, "Keep a close eye on the factory, understand? Report to me immediately if you encounter any problems. Don't let me down."

"Don't worry, Donovan. I won't disappoint you this time!" Xenia replied.
