For more times than I could count since the school year started, I was stunned. Nothing made sense, not the way the saliva on my tongue seemed to have dried up, and not the way my face had blanked out.

Kye’s words echoed loudly in my ears and all around me, but for the love of God, I didn't know what to make out of it. Time seemed to slow to a halt, but it did nothing to calm the loud thumping of my heart in my chest. My skin buzzed, and tingled in places I didn't know were possible, and I didn't miss the slight shockwaves that spread down my spine at intervals.

My mind was a mess, with a million and one thoughts all running to me, and all at once. No matter how hard I tried to push them aside, they just didn't budge. I blinked back a couple of times. Maybe if I did that, it would turn out that I was simply hallucinating and my mind was playing a such prank on me. I didn't mean to be dramatic, but I was sure I'd blinked over a million times, but nothing seemed to have changed.

Kye still stood a couple of inches away from me. His eyes were wide with mischief, and something else I couldn't quite name. The scent of my arousal still lingered faintly in the air, and even though it wasn't one of my proudest moments, it still turned me on. A fiery heat radiated from Kye, and I wanted to soak it all in. Perhaps if roles were reversed or this was an entirely different scenario, then maybe, just maybe I would have pressed myself into him all the more.

“What's wrong, Ava?” Kye's low drawl was all it took to pull me out of my thoughts. His voice was dangerously low, and it sent goosebumps rippling down my skin. “Didn't you hear me?”

“I…” I had no idea what I was about to say, but it didn't matter because Kye didn't let me finish.

“I'll repeat it for you” he leaned in again, closer this time, before whispering the words against my earlobes. “Tell me, has nerdy Ava ever had her pussy eaten before?”

There was absolutely nothing I could have done that would have stopped the look of horror from spreading across my face. Even if I tried, I just wouldn't be able to do so. But alongside that, came a thrill of something else, excitement, and dare I say, want.
