Grant sprinted over, scooping up Josefina and twirling her around in a joyous embrace. "Rosa, you're finally back."

After setting Josefina down, she craned her neck to look up at him. "Grant, you seem tanner."

"Ah, the sun and the sea breeze will do that to you. Rosa, if you don't like it, I'll just have to slather on the sunscreen and don a hat next time. That way, I won't get so tanned."

Josefina let out a chuckle. "I'm just teasing you, Grant. You look great."

Grant rubbed the back of his neck, a bashful grin spreading across his face, yet his eyes remained tenderly fixed on Josefina. "Rosa, I've brought you a present. Come on, let's go check it out."

He grabbed Josefina's hand and led her on a spirited dash outside.

The two raced away, the sea breeze teasing strands of Josefina's hair as Grant watched her with a smile that reached his eyes.

Upon reaching Josefina's room, she promptly removed the stifling mask. Once free, Josefina turned to face him, her clear, bright eyes brimming with the light of a thousand stars. Grant was momentarily spellbound by her radiant presence.

Josefina waved her hand in front of his eyes. "Grant, you okay there?"

"Oh, yeah, I'm fine."

Grant quickly looked down and began to unload his treasures: dresses, jewelry, makeup, and a pile of gold and gems.

"Grant, you've bought so much, it must have cost a fortune. You should save some money. I already have plenty. There's no need to buy more."

"Rosa, I earn money so I can buy things for you. Whatever you like, I'll bring it all back."

Grant continued earnestly, "Rosa, you are like a sister to me. Of course I should spoil you."

Josefina's laughter filled the room. "I got you something too. Come check it out."

She had designed a few outfits, including a sleek black suit complete with a matching tie and cufflinks, and a waterproof watch with a built-in compass.

Grant eyed the suit with a hint of concern. "Rosa, I don't know how to tie a tie." Having never worn a suit before, he was clueless about ties.

"Just go change into the suit, and I'll help you with the tie. You'll pick it up in no time."

"Alright," Grant agreed with a smile. "I'll just go freshen up and change, Rosa. Wait for me, it'll only be a minute."

Grant darted off, swift as the wind.

Josefina sat on the carpet, opened the box, and checked the gift Grant had given her. Some items were too extravagant, and she decided to set them aside to return to Grant through Hayden when the time came.

After half an hour of sorting, Grant reappeared. Dressed in a business suit, Grant's already imposing figure was now underscored with an air of refined elegance. His slightly darker complexion lent him an aura of cool detachment.

It was Josefina's first time seeing Grant in a suit, a stark contrast to his usual attire. Without a word, Josefina watched him, and Grant began to feel self-conscious, asking uncertainly, "Rosa, do I look strange in a suit?"
