"Zachary," Vivian had asked, they all say you love Sarah, not me. That I ruined your happiness. Is that true?"

"No."

She'd forgotten so much from that night, but those two lines remained crystal clear.

They were right - she was just a clown, bound to be pushed aside once the real leading lady appeared.

She'd woken up this morning with a splitting headache, the previous night a complete blank.

The last thing she remembered was cursing out James, then drinking with Scarlett to drown her sorrows.

She'd blacked out - but what about Scarlett?

After getting dressed and heading downstairs, she found Melvin watching her with gentle concern. The housekeeper had already prepared hangover remedy.

"Sasa, come drink this."

Sarah obediently sat at the table and finished the drink. "Melvin, how did I get home last night? Where's Scarlett?"

"Scarlett went home. The bar owner called me to pick you up."

Sarah nodded, unconvinced. She was sure she'd heard Zachary's voice.

On that walk home, she vaguely remembered things she'd said, and his responses.

At the Sanders Group building, Sarah and Scarlett went to see Mr. Sadberry.

He rarely came to the office, though lately he'd been showing up more often.

"The old man's been pestering me constantly. Finally got Steven to help today. Sasa, Steven ignored me for ages after that bar incident - took forever to get him to talk to me again."

"You idiot! Someone's right there!" he yelled into his microphone at his teammate.

On seeing Sarah and Scarlett, he immediately stopped. "Well, what brings you two here?"

"Don't you want to see us, Mr. Sadberry?" Scarlett quickly placed the freshly made tacos on his desk. "We came specially to bring you this. It's a thank-you gift for helping the Sanders family at the wine tasting."

Sarah could barely hide her amusement. With contracts worth hundreds of millions, who would care about a simple food gift?

To her surprise, Mr. Sadberry grabbed the tacos and started eating with obvious enjoyment. "Not bad. Next time bring me a dozen.”

"Sure thing! If you like it, Mr. Sadberry, I'll bring you more tomorrow."

Mr. Sadberry looked at her in disbelief. "Is this the same person who stole my wine at the banquet? You're really just here to bring me food? Better not be after my wine collection."
