Seeing him helped Sarah gradually calm down. She looked around, trying to figure out where she was, but quickly remembered the photo in the study, accompanied by another headache.

"Zachary, what's the story with that photo in your study?" Sarah rubbed her head while staring intently at the man whose face briefly showed panic. She wouldn't give him any chance to back away.

"What are you talking about? What photo?" Zachary reached for a teacup. "Are you thirsty? You just woke up—have some water to soothe your throat."

Sarah frowned, looking straight at Zachary. "I'm not thirsty. Don't change the subject! What's the deal with that photo?"

Right—the photo.

Just then, Mia timidly approached, wringing her hands nervously.

"Mia, how are you feeling?" Sarah asked with concern, shifting her attention.

Mia said guiltily, "Sarah, I'm so sorry. It was my fault. I shouldn't have tricked you."

When Sarah showed concern for her despite just waking up, Mia's guilt peaked. She hadn't expected Sarah to still be thinking about her.

"What nonsense are you talking about?"

"I wasn't really sick. I was pretending to get you and my brother to spend time together. Sarah, it's all my fault. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have suddenly fainted." Mia's eyes reddened as she spoke.

Sarah shook her head, her pale lips pressed tightly together. "Mia, it's not because of you. I fainted because I saw a photo that made my head hurt from thinking too hard."

Mia hesitated for a moment, then pulled the photo she'd picked up in the study from her pocket. "Sarah, do you mean this one?"

Zachary narrowed his eyes. He hadn't expected Mia to bring the photo with her. He gave Mia a threatening look. "Mia?"

Zachary watched Mia with a grave expression, afraid she might say something strange.

Under their intense gazes, Mia said, "Sarah, I remember it, like in a dream. I dreamed about you and my brother walking there, holding hands, getting into a car, and even kissing."

Her eyes lit up, while Sarah blushed. She never expected Mia to say something like this.

Coincidentally, a phone call came in just then, and Zachary immediately answered it and left the room.
