Bradley tightened his hold on her, his chin pressing gently against the top of her head. “You’re not getting away from me for the rest of your
life.”
Cameron let out a soft laugh. “Oh? Trying to lock me up again?”
Bradley breathed in the sweet scent of her hair. “Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t lock you up. Instead, I’m going to get you into my family, so we’ll never be apart.”
Cameron hugged his lean waist even tighter and laughed softly, “Okay.”
“Wait? That’s not right,” Bradley spoke up again in the darkness.
“What’s not right?” Cameron asked, her eyes still closed as she leaned against him.
Bradley replied, “I’m going to join your family.”
Cameron let out a soft chuckle. She could barely keep her eyes open. She leaned into Bradley’s embrace. “Brad, I’m so sleepy.”
Her voice was barely above a whisper, like she could fall asleep any second.
“Goodnight,” Bradley said, lowering his head to kiss her forehead.
Cameron burrowed deeper into his arms, finally letting herself fall asleep without a worry.
A satisfied smile spread across Bradley’s lips.
The next morning, the Saunders family all came over to the Yates Manor for breakfast. The two families enjoyed a warm and cheerful meal
together.
After breakfast, Camilla hooked her arm through Cameron’s, her eyes full of laughter as she glanced at Bradley, who was still holding
Cameron’s other hand.
“Brad, it’s already the second day since you and Cam got engaged. Mind if I steal her away for a little girl talk?” Camilla grinned,
Bradley shot his sister a helpless look, but in the end, he nodded. “If Cam doesn’t mind, neither do I.”
Camilla laughed, “Of course, Cam doesn’t mind. If you hadn’t kept her all to yourself last night, we would’ve stayed up chatting till morning, right, Cam?”
Cameron smiled, “Yeah.”
Bradley just stared at them, speechless. So, he was the third wheel.
He looked at the two of them helplessly. “Alright, I’ll leave you two alone this morning.”
Camilla teased, “Brad, you’re only letting me borrow Cam for the morning? That’s way too stingy.”
Bradley raised an eyebrow. “Or maybe I shouldn’t let you borrow her at all this morning?”
Camilla hurriedly waved her hands, not daring to push her luck. Bradley personally set out pastries and coffee for Cameron and Camilla, making sure everything was just right for them.

Chapter 752
In Cameron’s room, Camilla and Cameron sat cross–legged on the carpet. The door was locked.
Camilla was practically buzzing with excitement. “Cam, I still can’t believe it. I never expected you to time–travel, too.
“Do you think there are a lot of people out there who’ve also time–traveled, but they just hide it so well that everyone thinks they’re the only
one?”
Cameron took a slow sip of her coffee. “Actually, I didn’t just time travel.”
“What do you mean?” For some reason, Camilla’s heart started to race.
Cameron handed her a cup of coffee. “Cami, have you heard of world–hopping?”
Camilla’s eyes went wide with excitement. “Cam, did you come back from the world–hopping worlds too?”
“You too?” Cameron blinked in surprise.
Camilla nodded like crazy. “Yeah. But I wasn’t there that long, just a little over a hundred years, a few worlds, then I came back. How long
were you stuck there, Cam?”
Cameron shrugged. “More than a thousand years.”
Camilla gaped, “No way, that long?”
Cameron nodded. “I traveled through eighty–one small worlds, completed every mission, and that’s how I earned my second chance to come
back. So, how did you manage to come back so soon?”
