Her tore his eyes away from the girl, just long enough to point behind me. I turned around and looked,it was only then that I noticed her on the dance floor with that guy of hers. Alex.

She's a good girl and she's respectable and responsible,Is what I said. But there was nothing respectful about that dress she was wearing. She had the attention of every perv in the place and I didn't like it.

"Vanessa.."I shouted,her name over the music as I made my way towards her. She didn't look in my direction, it was obvious she didn't hear."Vanessa.."I stopped her mid dance to get her attention.

She looked at me but I couldn't make out the expression on her face. It was a mix between "Oh Fuck!!" and surprise to see me."Jeremy,You're here!"

"Ollie called me,You didn't tell me that you were going out."I noticed the friend behind her,still dancing with a beer in his hand.

"Alex called me last minute and I didn't want to disturb you at work,I was waiting until you called me for our game of Tag!"She giggled,finding the situation more amusing than I was.

This wasn't funny in my eyes. I just wanted her out of here. The game of tag as she called it,will be put off for another night. Give me Strength I can wait!!

"Call me in future! I don't want to find out from someone else that you're out in a nightclub getting drunk."I was stern with her,not soft and sweet like she would want. But I needed her to know that I was fucking pissed about this.

"Your nightclub."She turned around and walked towards the bar. I followed behind her,knowing that I was being that man. The possessive and overbearing type. I didn't care though!! Vanessa stood at the bar waiting on another drink.

"Yes,This is my club. I didn't leave that information out on purpose."The bartender placed her drink down on the bar and I moved it to the side."We should leave,I'm parked out back."

"Do you not want me here?"She asked.

"I don't want you in any club,Period."I leaned in close,placed my arm around her waist and pressed a kiss to her lips. "Tell your friends that you're leaving,I'll wait here."

"Okay,But when we get home we're watching a movie..And it's my choice." She smirked,as she turned around and made her way through the crowd.

Watch a movie,Women! I didn't care what we did as long as she agreed to come with me. I turned around with my phone in my hand,reading through important emails so I wouldn't have to do it when she was around. After 12 hours at the office,I didn't want her thinking that I was all about work.

When I glanced to my left I noticed the friend standing beside me at the bar. He was leaning on the bar with his beer between his hands,it was obvious that he had something on his mind since he was standing right beside me. I got back to my emails hoping that he would rethink a conversation.

"So you and her.."He turned his head and looked in Vanessa's direction."It's more than just a fake marriage now so I'm told."

Fuck You!!

I turned around with Vanessa and we make our way through the crowd and took the back way out to my car.I opened the door for her,trying to control the rage that was built up within me now.

"What was going on with you and Alex?" She asked,pulling her seat belt over and clipping it in. Her shoes had already been removed the second she slipped into her seat.

"Nothing,Just a friendly chat!"I sighed, not wanting to get into it. I wasn't going to discuss this with her,It'll just make the situation worse and she's the one that'll be upset.

"A friendly chat,Aww!"She extended her arm across the space between us and rubbed my shoulders."I'm so happy that you're making an effort with my friends,It means a lot to me."

I glanced in her direction."I know it does. Now let's get you home and into bed."
