I walked out of the room and slammed the door behind me. Hitting my Father didn't calm the rage inside, if anything it just made it worse. I couldn't bare to look at his face another second-That man is dead to me!!

Upon walking away from the room and up the hallway,I noticed Vanessa chatting heatedly to a man that I didn't know. Immediately I became more enraged than I already was. As if things weren't already bad enough!

What the fuck is going on here?

Vanessa noticed me and walked my way. The man stayed where he was, just watching us from afar. Who the hell is he? His face-I feel like I've seen him before!! But where?

"Jeremy,I was coming to look for you? Are you okay?"She asked. She looked a little on edge like she was nervous about something, perhaps the man that I just caught her talking too.

"I'm fine."I growled, knowing that she didn't deserve my mood but I couldn't help it. I was fuming,so anyone that came close was in the firing line."Who is that guy?"

She looked over her shoulder and saw that he was still standing by the doors to the function room. His eyes were fixated on us both and he wasn't bothered to hide the fact. Vanessa looked at me,folding her arms across her chest."Um him-He's..."

Spit it out woman-She knows the man yet she's hesitant to tell me who he is.

She looked behind me and furrowed her brows."What the hell happened to your Dad?"She drew my attention to my parents that were making there way towards the steps down to the lower lobby. Vanessa made her way towards them."Tom-What happened?"

I said I never wanted to see either of them again and I ment it. I didn't follow after her,I knew that whatever my Father told her wouldn't be the truth.

"She seems smitten with that Father of yours.."The man had crossed from the doors of the function room towards me."Imagine how she would react if she found out the truth."

I glared at him."Who are fuck are you?" I snapped, but in a quieter tone so I wouldn't draw Vanessa's attention. Thankfully she was far enough away that she couldn't overhear our conversation.

"Vanessa didn't tell you about me?"He asked, with a smirk on his face knowing damn well that she didn't."Well now I'm offended. Given our history I think I know more about your wife than you do."

Their History?? Like an Ex perhaps!! He's acting like he knows her,and I'd admit that makes me all the more Jealous. Possibly being face to face with the other man that's shared a bed with her. I don't like it!

He raised an eyebrow at me."I take it you don't remember me?We've met before today,Jeremy. Let me refresh your memory-Scotland!"

Scotland-I remember him now!

From the hotel. I saw Vanessa talking to him but she shrugged it off and acted like she didn't know him. The rest of the trip in Scotland she was acting weird and I knew there was something up. It was all to do with him!!

"I'm guessing you're the Ex?"I glared at him, trying my best to control my rage."Why are you here-What the fuck do you want?"

"I'm here because of you."His eyes glanced in the direction of the brown envelope in my hand."I see that you got my message. Now we have some things that we need to discuss and we don't have much time!"

This was him-He's the one that hired that fucking guy to find information on me."This was you. You're the one that hired the private detective. What the fuck is wrong with you-What do you want from me?"

"Um-Jeremy..."Vanessa's voice came from behind, interrupting us in mid conversation. She stood looking uncomfortable now that me and him were face to face."Is everything okay?"
