Lance glanced at Shawn before slowly letting go of Tara When he had grabbed her earlier, he had a strong urge to keep her in his grasp and mess with her.

“Hello, Mr. Wilhelm.” After Tata greeted Shawn, she didn’t dare to look at Lance again. Instead, she just hurriedly made her way back to her room. Lance clenched his right hand, which he had used to grab her wrist earlier. He couldn’t suppress the numbing feeling that was spreading across his body. After returning to her room, Tara looked down at her slightly swollen wrist, which had become red because of how hard Lance had been grabbing her. After all, she would never believe that he would fall in love with her.

She almost never interacted with him in the past, other than the time in the sunroom. Back then, he was drunk, and she helped Gemma and the others to help him back into his room.
