A cold glint flashed in Sebastian's eyes. "I'm not some scaredy cat. I'm not saying that you can't get your revenge. It's just going to happen somewhere else. If you refuse, so be it. At worst, We both go down together."

"Fine. If you want to die in a different place, I'll grant your final wish!" Evander decided to give in. In his eyes, Sebastian was just a small fry whom he could easily crush with a single move.

Evander flashed a mocking smile. "You're all really loyal, aren't you? I'm almost touched. Since you want to die so badly, then fine. You can all go together. At least you'll have company on the road to the underworld.

"In my eyes, you're all just ants. Killing one or killing a whole group of you doesn't make a difference."

Sebastian glanced at Lana and the others. "Stay here. I can handle this on my own. If you come with me, I'll just be distracted. Wait for me to come back."

"Honey, promise me that you'll come back. If you don't, I won't survive without you," Lana said firmly.

Evander followed at a leisurely pace. As an Intermediate Deity Master, he was much faster than Sebastian, so he wasn't worried about him escaping.

But Sebastian wasn't thinking about running away. He flew for miles before landing in a small valley.

The valley wasn't large—about the size of a soccer field—and was overrun with wild grass and flowers, showing no signs of human presence.

Evander soon hovered above the valley. He scanned the area and smirked. "Not bad, brat. You really picked a nice spot. Dying here is almost a mercy."

Sebastian stood with his hands behind his back and sneered. "Evander, don't get too excited. Who dies today isn't set in stone."

Evander scoffed. "I admit that you're a genius for being able to beat my grandson. If you could live a longer life, you might be a real threat, maybe even rivaling me. But that's not going to happen. Today, I'm going to kill you before you can grow stronger."
