"Hold it right there!" Leroy and Tucker blocked Sebastian's path, preventing him from leaving.

"What do you want?" Sebastian asked.

Leroy sneered coldly. "Showing disrespect to the Holy Maiden is punishable by death. Considering it's your first offense, we'll let you off if you sever an arm as atonement!"

"All this because of a joke someone else made? Isn't that ridiculous?" Sebastian replied.

"There's nothing funny about it. We're giving you a chance, so don't push your luck!" Tucker said icily.

"And what if I refuse?" Sebastian asked.

"Then, you're just asking to die!" Tucker's eyes glinted with menace, as if he were ready to devour him.

Sebastian couldn't help but laugh. "Do you two really think that you can attack me in the city?"

"You must have a death wish, you brat!" Leroy said menacingly. "We might not be able to make a move inside the city, but the second you step outside, your life is over!"

"I don't have time for this. Move aside! Don't keep me from my meal," Sebastian said impatiently.

"You've got guts, brat!" Leroy fumed. He turned to Tucker and said "Follow him! Don't let him get away. I'll inform Finn."

Sebastian could only shake his head in frustration. What had he done to deserve this? Trouble had found him out of nowhere.

He then walked into the inn and quickly spotted Brody, who had ordered a table full of exquisite dishes.

Seeing Brody just made Sebastian angrier. "Fatso, someone wanted to kill me because of your careless words, and you just ran off on your own."

Brody chuckled, trying to placate him. "Sebastian, you've got it all wrong! I figured trying to explain would only make things worse. Besides, those guys wouldn't dare attack you here, and even if they did, they wouldn't be a match for you.

"So, I thought I'd go ahead and order. Come, eat! If it's not enough, we'll order more."

Once Brody left, Sebastian got up to leave as well.

"Sir, if you would please settle the bill first," the waitress said with a pleasant smile.

"Didn't my friend already pay?" Sebastian asked.

The waitress smiled and shook her head.

Sebastian felt a surge of frustration—this fatso had tricked him again! It was infuriating.

"How much is it?" he asked while trying to stay calm.

"Altogether, that will be 23.68 million spirit stones," the waitress replied with a smile.
