In front of the gate stood two massive nine-headed stone lions, lifelike and imposing.

Instead of entering through the main entrance, the two of them circled around to the back gate. The back gate was usually where the servants entered and exited, and Leticia had made arrangements beforehand.

After entering through the back gate, Leticia led Sebastian to a room where she took out clothes she had prepared in advance.

Sebastian sensed a formation's presence, so much so that not even birds dared to approach.

Leticia pointed to a pavilion in the center of the pond and said, "See that pavilion over there? There's a mechanism under the stone table that opens a passage to an underground palace. My father is located in the underground palace for his seclusion. This is as far as I can take you. The rest is up to you."

He attempted to use his spiritual senses to investigate below, but it was blocked by a peculiar energy, clearly the effect of a protective formation.
