"This is where we will be training every day from now on," he says, his voice completely void of any emotion, which tells me he is completely serious about this. We both step in the empty space. "And so, we start now".

I was sweating profusely. Theseus had made me run ten laps around a path he had made. I was told to follow the red flags on the trees, which led to a infinite circle around. Theseus marked the starting line, and every time I completed a lap, he would be leaning on a tree looking at the timer. The path was long, around half a mile, so I basically did five miles.

Like I said, I'm not in shape for a werewolf, but for a human, I have decent strength. Five miles is very little for our kind, and I honestly feel ashamed that I already got tired. I finish my last lap, leaning my frame onto a tree trunk, catching my breath as I heard my time.

"Thirty - seven minutes with twenty - seven seconds... Er, it might seem bad but... look on the bright side, you have excellent stamina." Theseus says, patting my back whilst handing me a bottle of water. I thank him and start chugging the water down. I finish it in less than a minute.

Well, at least that's something fast I'm good at.

Ha, I'm so funny. Get it?

My breathing quickly goes back to normal with the deep breaths I take. I stand straight, and head back towards the empty space, determined to get through with this training while Theseus quickly following behind, writing the notes of my speed and stamina. He told me he's going to do this, to keep track of the change I do each day. When he's finally done, he puts the note pad on a tree stump that's on the far top left side of the circle.

"Okay, what I'm going to do next is that we are going to be doing the self-defense training I was talking about," he said coming towards me. He stands in front of me and explains that he is gonna throw slow punches, swiping his legs sometimes. He tells me to put my defense stand, to which I put my one of my legs forward, and the other glued to where it was. I then put my hand in fists and position them close to my chest.
