She went to Acwell's room full of excitement. But when she told him about the good news, his face turned pale, sad, and even angry. Instead of what she expected of him to kiss her and hug her, he sends her away and doubting the pregnancy test. He wants her to do it again and come back to her after two weeks. She was disappointed but did what he wants. The result was the same. She went back to him and showed the result. He forced a smile.

Then, they planned on getting married. He bought the diamond ring she likes. And decided that they will buy the wedding rings, the wedding dress and suit later when the date is near. It was going well, but they argued again. She found out that Kamiah is in Dubai and he went to meet her. She sends Kamiah a message on Facebook messenger that leads all three to fight. But she was happy that they resolved it the next day, and Acwell chooses her over Kamiah. It made her feel that finally, Acwell had fallen in love with her.

However, three months after, they fought again about Kamiah. It's because Acwell is still following Kamiah on her Instagram account and liking every post. Because she is pregnant, she can't help herself but feel insecure.

"Catrina, just for that, you want to have this argument?" he said.

"Why can't you understand how I feel? Why can't you let her go?" she said.

"Oh, Catrina!"

"Can you just blocked her?"

"You want to know the truth? Yes, I am not over her. If you were not only pregnant, then I would go back to her. But I am trying to choose you for the sake of the child. I am trying to love you," he said.

That was the most painful thing she ever heard him say. She told him she wanted to cancel everything and will abort the child. He was so furious that he agreed and walked out. That was the last time she saw him. After that, he never wanted to see her. It forced her to resign and go home. But she kept the baby. She was still hoping that he will come back if he discovered she kept the baby. And now, it's been almost three years and they are still not together.

She lately heard from a former colleague at the hotel where she previously worked with Acwell that he got married and now has a son. And there were rumors that the wife got pregnant which is why they immediately got married. She doesn't know how true it is because she lost contact with all the employees except Acwell. She did not bother to ask Acwell because she trusts him that he would tell her. But almost every time she is wondering if it's true.

Both Acwell and Kamiah's flashbacks keep coming until they finished their shifts and went home.

Starting from that day, they become close. Every off they would go groceries together or just go out to see Dubai. They would walk in the park. They would run together.

Luisa influences her in capturing pictures and putting them on social media. This is not to show off but to reassure their family back home that they are alright and for that picture to serve as a reminder of happy memories that they should be grateful for.

Slowly, with Luisa's help, Kamiah was able to heal from her heartbreak. She shifted her focus to being good at her job. She had set a goal that as soon as she finishes two years, she will start looking for another job outside Dubai. But when she was no longer thinking of Acwell, he communicated with her.

Acwell will call her, but she won't answer. He will send her messages but she won't reply. But he was very consistent. Until she finally gave in and agreed to meet him so they can talk. After their first meeting, he would find Acwell always doing a surprise visit during his off to the accommodation she was staying in. His reason is that he misses her and wanted to make up for the time that he did not see her. And after a few months, Kamiah gave Acwell another chance.

Looking back, she understood now why he ended their relationship. It was when he was trying to take responsibility for Fiona's pregnancy, no matter how unhappy he was.
