4 Years Later

Isabella's POV

Devon and I got married last year and it was an intimate wedding with only family and close friends. I learnt the responsibilities of being a Beta Female,but the girls and I still have fun.

Megan and Dominic got married a month after us and now they are expecting twins. They don't know the genders, otherwise they are over the moon and can't wait for the birth of their babies.

I stopped working for Devon after we got engaged 'typical'. I now work as an author.

A couple of days ago I started getting nauseous every morning and Devon and I suspect that I might be pregnant so I just took a pregnancy test.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The pregnancy test had two lines, indicating that I was indeed pregnant. At that moment Devon entered," What does it say?" He nervously asked.

"Devon,Baby we're pregnant." I softly said. I first saw happiness flash through his face, but it was quickly replaced with panic.

I knew that me being pregnant would remind him of Isla. He's worried that I might have complications probably leading to death.

"Devon it's okay My Love, nothing will happen to me." I said while gently cupping his cheek.

"I'm scared Baby,I can't lose you too." He said with tears in his eyes.

"You won't lose me,I promise. I'll be here for a very long time, trust me." I said giving his lips a peck.

Through my pregnancy we went to the doctor regularly for Devon's sanity. There were no complications whatsover.
