"Look who showed up." Marcus said out loud for all his hunters to hear. My eyes went wide as I looked at every hunter he has. It looks like about 80 warlocks even some rogues, but for us we had 75 pack members in our pack.
Zach growled at him, baring his fangs. "Zach. You look healthy as ever. I wasn't expecting you to survive in that kind of weather. Remember when I said there was a trap, but there wasn't really one. I just sent a hunter to spy on you both." Zach barked out loud scaring some of the hunters. Marcus just smirked at him. I growled out loud. Marcus grinned and grabbed a gun from his coat. "Marcus. This doesn't have to be this way." I said trying to convinced him with my voice.
He chuckled at me. "You really think your voice can control me dear Lightning." I bared my teeth at him. "Well, let's get this over with. One more thing. Janet."
"W-Wha-" Before I can say anything, I felt this pain in my right side. I looked to my side to see Janet smiling evilly at me as she stabbed me with a knife. I fell to my knees as she twisted it. Zach got out of his shock and came toward her, but Janet got up quickly and ran off to Marcus who just smiled.
I grabbed the knife and quickly pulled it out. I hissed in pain as I got the knife out and thew it aside, then I hold my wound with my hand. I looked up to see Janet smiling and holding her mate. I took a deep breath and held my hand tighter against my side. I felt my power grew as I took another deep breath, then my hand grew warm. I felt my wound closed and I got up slowly. The pain was still there, but I didn't show it that it hurts. Janet's face was full of shock as she looked at me up and down. I looked to see my feathers had blood on them like my dream.
I know what's about to happen to her and I wish she would of stayed by our side. Then it happened. Marcus stabbed her in the chest. Shock and horror was all there in her eyes. Gasps was heard behind me and I knew that they were surprised as much as I am. I knew it would happen, but why did he have to kill her.
I faced Marcus. "Ready, dear uncle." I said deadly. "Am I always." We started running toward them as they ran to us as well. Me and Marcus clashed first with our swords. It made a spark as we swung at each other every time. As we kept fighting I saw King jumped on one of the warlocks that turned into a black lion. I watched King had his mouth around the black lions throat. They fought till King killed him as he ripped the back of the black lions throat.
King went to other black lion that has Finder in it's mouth where Spot tried to get her out of his mouth by scratching his face or biting his legs, but that didn't do anything. King ran to the lion, but it was to late. Finder's body stopped moving. Spot stopped attacking and went to her sister's dead body.
