Matthew noticed that Justin was still sticking his neck out. He seemed to be courting death.

Matthew hesitated. Justin had just stabbed Dylan twice, and although Matthew still felt bloodthirsty, he couldn't bring himself to take the life of an old man who knelt before him, begging for death.

At the thought of Lorenzo jumping into the river, an idea popped into his mind. "Fine. Let's settle something first. Lorenzo jumped into the river, didn't he? Find out where he is for me."

Justin froze for a moment. Lorenzo, too, was one of the people the Evans family couldn't afford to cross.

Since Matthew had already brought it up, Justin had no choice but to agree. "Alright. I'll immediately send my men to search for Lorenzo by the river."

Matthew suddenly realized the usefulness of having a few extra helping hands. "I'll give you a number. Write it down. Call me when you find Lorenzo."

Justin stood up, pulled out his phone, and said, "Go ahead. I'm ready."

Matthew recited the phone number. Then, he issued a command to his mechanical arm. With a sharp flick, the arm tossed out the fruit knife.

It sailed across the air and embedded itself into the wall, its handle still vibrating from the momentum.

Everyone in the Evans family felt chills run down their spine. The sheer force of Matthew's arm was terrifying, and the knife Matthew tossed out was as lethal as a bullet.

Justin saw that as a warning from Matthew. Cold sweat broke out on his back, and by the time he regained his composure and turned around to escort Matthew, Matthew was already out of sight.

Justin returned to the couch in a daze.

By now, Dylan had already passed out and lay on the floor motionless.

Panicked, Alson quickly dialed 911. "Hello? This is an emergency. Please hurry over. My brother needs urgent medical attention. He got stabbed with a knife. Bring along a doctor. We need to stop the bleeding and give him a blood transfusion!"

After hanging up, Alson noticed that Dylan was still bleeding profusely. He shouted at the others, "Quick! Get some gauze and stop the bleeding! There's so much blood on the floor. If we don't act soon, it'll be too late!"

Justin glanced at Alson coolly. "What are you panicking about? Have you not seen blood before?"

Alson didn't expect his father to scold him at such a time. He pointed at his older brother and yelled, "Look at Dylan! He's passed out, and there's so much blood!"

Justin shut him down in a cold voice. "Relax. He won't die. I know where I stabbed him."
