F@ck you, Jade! I scolded myself.

"What are you doing here?" He asked. His voice was deep with sleep. He didn't ask in a rude way. It was just a simple question filled with curiosity. A question that I wasn't quite sure how to answer.

That morning I woke up incredibly confused. At first I didn't even remember the previous night, but then I did. I freaked out because I knew that I was in the wrong. There was no one to blame but myself. Not even alcohol.

He tried to tell me that it could all be swept under the rug. He wouldn't tell and neither would I. We agreed not to see each other again unless Skyla and Dante got together and invited us.

"Yeah, I kind of need to talk to you." My voice was small. I couldn't look him in the eyes.

"Jade, if you are coming to me because of Dante and Skyla then I don't want to hear it. I don't get involved with his shit." That never occurred to me. Maybe I could convince him to talk to Dante.

"No that's not why. Can I come in?" I was still standing in the hall. He looked at me for a second but then stepped aside.

"Well if you want to do it again-?

"No! No Sean, that's not why I'm here." Poor man had no idea that I was about to turn his life upside down. I felt bad for him.

He just looked at me so I continued to talk. "You remember the condom, right?" What a way to start off a conversation.

"What are you talking about?" He asked.

"It broke. Don't you remember? We stopped so you could get a new one."

He paused to think for a second then nodded his head. Then his eyes went wide. "You aren't...? Are you?"

I just nodded. Poor Sean froze. I talked hoping that it would snap him back into reality, and remind him that he needed to breath. I don't think he was breathing.

"I found out yesterday." I explained. "I-I don't know what to say. I mean, I had to tell you, but I don't want you to feel like you're being forced into anything. I want you to be involved, not necessarily with me but with the kid, but you don't have to if you don't want to, if it's too much." I was beginning to ramble. "I'd understand. We had one drunk night which wasn't supposed to happen, let alone this! I just I-"

"Jade." He interrupted me. "Stop."

I collapsed onto the nearest seat, waiting impatiently for what he would say next.

"You're pregnant." He said to himself. "I got you pregnant that night. Are you sure it's mine?"

"I was a little shit growing up. If this kid is anything like me he or she is going to be a f@cking nightmare." I think he kept talking in an effort to keep calm. "My dad is going to kill me. We can't tell him about this until the baby is born, I could use him or her as a shield..." He was thinking aloud now. I couldn't help but laugh.

We sat in silence for a few minutes, not sure what to do now. "Does your boyfriend..."

"Not yet. I thought you should know first." There was more silence but then I asked, "So what do we do now?"

"I have absolutely no f@cking idea." At least he was honest. Sean looked up at me with the same expression that he gave me right before this kid was conceived. He then took my hand in his and squeezed it.

"You're going to be a dad but what about us?" When did I become so blunt and bold?

His cheeks turned red and his gaze shifted off of me. "We barley know each other."

"I don't want a proposal, I just need to know if you're opened to the idea of us getting to know each other, or if it's strictly about the baby. Be honest."

"If you didn't have a boyfriend, I wouldn't have hesitated... getting to know you that is." Maybe he did like me. I definitely liked him. "I don't want to jump into anything, but yeah, I want to get to know you better."
