Hamilton slammed his hand against the table, his face twisted in absolute fury.

Benson ignored him completely, turning his attention to organizing the crew to pack up their equipment.

Hamilton clenched his jaw so hard his teeth ground together. Finally losing his composure, he marched right up to Natalie.

"I need to talk to you!"

Natalie scoffed. "We have nothing to talk about."

"You really want to drag this entire crew down with you?"

Natalie hesitated. She genuinely didn't want the production to suffer delays because of her personal drama. More importantly, she knew Hamilton wouldn't just drop this. It was better to get it all out in the open.

After exchanging a quick word with Benson, Natalie took the lead and walked toward the estate's rear garden.

Hamilton followed close behind, struggling to rein in his temper.

"These past few days, I've done everything to give you space. I stayed away because I was terrified that out of pure spite, you'd do something reckless that couldn't be undone—like how you slept with Marico just to force my hand into signing the divorce papers."

"But I never imagined that even with me walking on eggshells, you'd actually go through with marrying him. Natalie, did you really have to push us to this extreme? Do you want to force me to hate you? To destroy you out of vengeance, just so we both end up miserable?"

Natalie stopped walking and turned to face him. "You're wrong. Choosing to marry Marico didn't make me miserable at all."

"You only married him to hide from me!"

"I won't deny that played a part."

"I told you I wouldn't force you into anything!"

"But you never had any intention of letting me go either, did you?"
