Jack's heart throbbed with jealousy upon hearing the news. Although he knew that Bella would eventually get married, have children, and grow old with her husband in the future, she could only exist within his memories.

Bella's itinerary sounded very romantic. Jack nodded and said, "I wish for the two of you to have a fun trip."

According to how Bella described him, her boyfriend certainly did not fit the bill. How would she get married then?

"Actually, this is the real reason I looked for you," Bella said lightly, looking at Jack with hope shining in her eyes. "Could you do me a favor, Jack?"

"I know that she will never approve of my current boyfriend, but her opinion on you has changed. You established Genesis Games and showed off during Alnewgo University's centennial celebration. Although Genesis Games has been acquired by Haven Net, Mom will still have to acknowledge your talents.

"I hope you can accompany me home and pretend that we have rekindled our relationship. I'll get Mom to give me the household register under the guise that we're getting married, okay?"
