About drowning...
"Leo don't bring me into that water!" I yell at him.
"Alana come on. There's nothing wrong with it."
"I can't swim!"
"I can teach you."
"No!" I stomp my leg angrily and he sighs.
"Alana cmon. Stop acting like this."
"We're supposed to be at school."
"Would you rather be at school?"
"If it means I won't have to drown, die and your face will be the last thing I see? Sure. I would love to be at school." I snap and he growls.
"You're testing my patience."
"Let me go then." I roll my eyes, sitting on a rock.
"Why are you making this hard for us?"
"You're the one who did that in the first place," I mutter.
"You're right."
It gets eerily silent and before I know it I'm being carried.
"Leo put me down!!" I yell loudly, clinging onto him.
"In a minute."
"Right now!"
"Right now?"
"Right. Now."
"Okay."
Suddenly his arms get loose and I am released in a splash of freezing cold water.
Screaming I swallow a bit of water and begin coughing while Leo laughs at me.
I furiously stand and begin to walk my way back to his land.
"Wait, where are you going?" He asks still laughing and I grip my arms walking away shivering.
"Alana! Wait up." He jogs towards me, very shirtless and frowns. "I'm sorry. Are you cold?"
AM I COL-
This boy tryna catch these hands I swear.
"Not at all alpha." I continue walking ahead of him.
"I'm sorry."
"As you said many times before," I mutter.
"But you never seem to forgive me..."
I feel as his breathing slow and I was about to fall asleep too when the windows slowly started to lift themselves.
What in the world?
I was about to wake Leo up when Chance popped his head in.
"Chance? What are you doing?! I whisper yelled.
"I came to rescue you." He grins.
"I don't need any rescuing."
"Of course you do! You don't want to be here. You belong with me, remember?" His smile drops and I internally cringe.
"Chance... I want to stay here." I wasn't completely sure but right here, in the moment, I liked it.
"No, you don't!"
"You heard the lady Chance, I suggest you leave before I have you tortured in the dungeon. You're considered a rogue. Don't get killed so early." I jump as Leo speaks up, his eyes still closed as he calmly lays on me.
I thought his boy was asleep.
"I will be back. Just mark my words. Alana, you will change your mind. You love me."
I what?
He then hops down and disappears while I am left staring at the window because I just cannot believe that words that just left this boy's mouth.
"I what him?" I mutter to myself incredulously.
"You better not love him. You're mine. Only mine."
