He let out the most furious growl I've ever heard from him before punching me in the face.

Punch after punch, kick after kick, stab after stab, he didn't stop until I was barely conscious.

He removed the last knife from my shoulder before standing up.

"You're nothing but a worthless bitch and that's all you'll ever be" he growled before slamming the cell door and leaving.

I groaned and turned onto my side, spitting the blood from my mouth on the ground.

"Rosiane?" A timid voice called.

I carefully sat up and looked up at worried Marie.

"I'm fine Marie don't worry" I reassured her but coughed up more blood.

"Don't even t-try lying. Y-You're clearly not f-fine" she grumbled and I let out a breathy laugh.

"I've survived worse Marie. Don't worry about me, I'll heal"

"Rosiane why did the bad man hurt you?" A small voice asked. I realised it was Sophie and this is the first time I've heard her talk.

"Well because, like you said, he's a bad man who hurts people. But don't worry I won't let him hurt you or Marie" I smile at her.

"But he already hurt Sissy" she frowned which made my gaze snap to Marie.

"Marie?" I questioned her.

"W-when we f-first arrived he didn't bother us f-for a week but he s-started coming down a-about three times a week a-and he'd beat me. H-He tried hitting S-Sophie but I'd always t-take it" she mumbled then lifted Sophie onto her lap and held her close.

"That bastard's going to pay" I spat angrily as I glared at the concrete floor.

I crawled over to the bed and grabbed the thin blanket from it and began ripping it.

"W-What are you doing!" Marie exclaimed.

"Whatever they drugged me with is blocking my wolf. Because of that, my wounds aren't healing fast enough so I need to try and stop the bleeding" I explain as I began wrapping a piece of the blanket around my thigh. I let out a pained grunt as I tightened the blanket around my leg.

After tightening the final makeshift bandage, I let out a tired sigh before closing my eyes and succumbing to the darkness.

I woke up and immediately felt pain everywhere on my body. I groaned as the pain worsened when I tried sitting up so I laid there, looking up at the concrete ceiling.

'Rosiane?' A familiar voice called.

'Oh Tala thank god' I exclaimed happily.

'We were able to burn off the drug quicker then it should've so use it to our advantage' Tala instructed and I nodded to myself.

"Noah?" I called out and thankfully didn't hit a dead end.

"Rosiane?" He replied, shocked.

'For the most part yes. Not fully but enough to escape' she replied.

I nodded and immediately pulled my hands apart, successfully breaking the handcuffs. They dropped to the floor and I stood up, making my way to the cell door. Gripping the bars tightly, I pulled it back and opened it.

I let out a happy sigh and smiled towards the two girls.

"Wow" Sophie smiled in awe. I chuckled and moved towards their cell door and opened it.

"What about your wounds?" Marie asked worriedly.

"I can feel them closing up, don't worry. I made a promise to you guys and I plan on keeping it" I told them determinedly.

They nodded and Marie picked up Sophie in her arms and followed behind me.

"Noah are you at the boarder?" I linked him.

"Yes. Just make your way towards our pack and you'll see us. Please be careful sweetheart" he replied.

"Of course Noah. I'll see you soon" I grinned.

I concentrated on the sounds around us and only heard three heartbeats close by.

"Ok guys, there's three guards guarding the front door. I'll take care of them but I need you guys to be quiet and stay behind me" I instructed them and they gave me a curt nod.

I quietly opened the door and peeked out. I grabbed Marie's hand and began leading them down the narrow corridor. We stopped at the top of the steps and I took a deep breath before carefully opening the door.
